This, recently refurbished, 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom villa is located in the quite residential area of Montana Roja in Playa Blanca.
Situated within a 20 minute stroll to the local town where you will find an excellent selection of bars & restaurants. For convenience there is a small supermarket 2 minutes walk from the villa.

The villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor you are welcomed into the large bright lounge/dining area, with patio doors leading out onto the huge garden area where there is a dining table that can seat six and a spacious outdoor corner sofa that both sit under a large pergola. There are also comfortable sun loungers, a canarian BBQ, pool table and a 8 x 4 heated pool with roman steps. In the evening the garden is transformed by the outdoor lighting. There are high walls all around the villa which make it private and secure.

Inside the villa there is a spacious air-conditioned/heated lounge/dining area with 2 sofas comfortably seating 6 and an additional dining table and chairs. There is a large lcd tv with free 600mb fibre optic wifi and a full tv package that has all English channels ,including sports and movies. There is also a dvd player.
The lounge leads on to a new fully equipped modern kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher.
Downstairs is a double bedroom with air-con/heating and a separate shower room with a walk in shower, sink and wc.
Upstairs there is a bright twin bedroom with air-con, a second bathroom with a walk in shower ,wc and sink and the master double bedroom. The master bedroom has air con/heating a large walk-in wardrobe and patio doors which lead on to a balcony that has a bistro table and chairs with amazing views of Montana Roja.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and all rooms have brand new remote control led ceiling fans. there is also a safe for all your valuables.
