Cozy and well-equipped two-room apartment nestled among the olive trees near the most famous Ligurian tourist resorts: Chiavari, Sestri Levante, Zoagli, Portofino, Santa Margherita, and the Cinque Terre. Perfect for couples or small families who want to enjoy a stay overlooking the sea and mountains surrounded by nature. For our little guests we also provide a camping cot, games, high chair for baby food.
Given the position of the apartment it is possible to reach the motorway, the center of Chiavari, the promenade and the railway station in just 9 minutes by car. Code 010029-LT-0010

The accommodation is represented by the outbuilding of the Manor House. To get to the house, after the main gate and the private parking lot dedicated to you, walk along a tree-lined avenue lined with cypresses and olive trees. The accommodation is easily accessible both via stairs and via an independent path, without architectural barriers, perfect for passing suitcases and strollers. A garden table under a wisteria pergola is at guests' complete disposal for splendid outdoor breakfasts. To ensure that our guests can fully enjoy the beauty of this location, it will be possible to access several common areas: the terrace overlooking the sea and mountains where you can admire beautiful sunsets, the patio with a large table in front of the main house where you can dine and the barbecue area with a small built-in barbecue. To reach the accommodation, you must be driving.

Tolle Lage

Hoch über dem wunderschönen Chiavari liegt das Ferienhäuschen in einem urigen Garten mit Blick die gebirgige Landschaft. Höhepunkt war das Frühstück unter dem Dach einer Glyzinie. Die Wohnung enthält die notwendigen Utensilien (schade nur, dass der Kühlschrank völlig vereist war und erst einmal abgetaut werden musste), Dusche und Versorgung mit Warmwasser funktionierten gut, im Schlafzimmer gab es reichlich Schränke, um die Kleidung zu verstauen.Die Anfahrt ist auf dem letzten Stück etwas abenteuerlich, dafür wird man jedoch mit einer tollen Lage in absoluter Ruhe und schöner Aussicht belohnt.Die Kommunikation mit Giulia per WhatsApp klappte gut.Alles in allem: ein erholsamer Urlaub in einem ungewöhnlichen Ambiente!

Magnifique site!

Nous avons été renversés par le domaine où nous avons séjourné! Celui-ci est situé dans le splendide village de Leivi à flan de montagne. Nous avons adoré prendre notre repas du soir sur la terrasse exceptionnelle qui surplombe la vallée… un paysage à couper le souffle. Et quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner sous le vieux lilas! Le gîte est vraiment sympathique et nous n’avons rien à redire, si ce n’est que d’en profiter si vous avez la chance!

Entre mer et montagne

Excellent séjour dans un studio propre et bien équipé. Proche des plages, des sites touristiques ainsi que de la montagne. Les propriétaires Giulia et Nicola ont été très sympathiques et ont été de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants.
