Ferienhaus mit großen Garten

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großer ĂŒberdachten Terrasse, wo man sich zu jeder Jahreszeit aufhalten kann. FĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Haus nur bedingt geeignet, die Dusche ist nicht befahrbar. Zum Strand sind es 1,4 km, am besten mit den Auto fahren, da die Straße sehr befahren ist.

Toller Urlaub in Arbatax

Toller Aufenthalt in Arbatax. Die Vermieterin Sandra ist sehr freundlich und alles hat super geklappt. Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft riesigem Garten und großem Pool, perfekt fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Wunderschöne StrĂ€nde nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Villa trÚs agréable

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont trÚs sympathiques et arrangeants sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. La maison correspond à la description et aux photos. L'extérieur est trÚs agréable, la piscine est la bienvenue avec les fortes chaleurs de ce mois d'août. Les lits sont confortables et l'agencement de la maison est fonctionnel grùce au coin nuit. La plage et commodités (ex : supermarché) sont proches, et le logement est bien placé pour les excursions (ex gorges Gola di Gorropu ou location de zodiac à la journée depuis Arbatax pour découvrir la cÎte de Baunei) Pour précision, il n'y a pas de clim ni de wifi actuellement.

Schönes sauberes Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck. Es war alles sauber und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Leider sprechen Sie kein Englisch sodass die Kommunikation etwas schwierig war, aber dennoch hat man sich verstanden. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Haus, sodass es Nachts schon gut warm war. Mit einer Klimaanlage wĂ€re es mehr als Perfekt.

Gerne wieder!

Sandra und Antonio waren Ă€usserst freundlich und herzlich! Unsere Kinder haben sie gleich in den Arm genommen und man fĂŒhlte sich von der ersten Sekunde an Willkommen. Da die beiden nur italienisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation teilweise schwer, aber mit HĂ€nde und FĂŒsse und einem Übersetzungs-App ging es. Wir waren begeistert von dem riesen grossen GrundstĂŒck, das gut abgesichert ist (Kleinkinder konnten sich frei bewegen, ohne dass man Angst haben muss, sie können herausgehen und in Gefahr gerate). Es hat sogar ein paar wenige HĂŒhner am Ende des GrundstĂŒcks, die von Sandra und Antonio versorgt wurden. Wir bekamen immer wieder mal ein Ei geschenkt. FĂŒr die Kinder ein Highlight, da sie die HĂŒhner mit FĂŒttern durften. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Zimmeraufteilung auch sehr gut. Die Dusche war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, der Klodeckel hat kaum gehalten und der Ofen hat nicht funktioniert. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört und deshalb haben wir auch nichts gesagt. Wir hatten mal kurz kein Wasser, einmal kein warmes Wasser mehr; ich habe Sandra geschrieben und sie waren in 20 Minuten hier und haben das Problem behoben. Sie kamen fast tĂ€glich kurz vorbei, um die Pflanzen zu giessen, HĂŒhner zu fĂŒttern oder einfach zu schauen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Einmal hat uns Sandra und Antonio sogar einen Kuchen gebracht!! Die Lage war ebenfalls gut, ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss, dann war man in Tortoli wo es alles gab. FĂŒr die Kleinen gab einen kleinen Rumel der jeden Abend geöffnet hat. StrĂ€nde waren auch in der NĂ€he, je nach Strand fĂ€hrt man mit dem Auto etwa 5-15 Minuten. Ein Auto ist ein Muss hier, es hat hier noch 4 FahrrĂ€der, die man benutzen darf. Sind jedoch auch schon etwas Ă€lter, aber lassen sich gut fahren, aber nicht fĂŒr eine grosse Velotour geeignet. Wenn wir wieder nach Tortoli kommen wĂŒrden, dann sicher wieder hier zu Sandra und Antonio!

4 Wochen in Tortoli

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr geeignet fĂŒr Familien mit Kleinkinder und Hunde. Das ganze GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€umt. Direkte Nachbarn hat es keine. FĂŒr Leute welche Ruhe und Erholung suchen ist das GrundstĂŒck optimal. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Tortoli. Die Liegenschaft ist fĂŒr rund 6 Personen konzipiert. FĂŒr das Kochen sind sĂ€mtliche notwendige Utensilien vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. WIFI hat es keines was sich jedoch durchaus auch als GlĂŒckgriff erweisen kann. Die Gastgeber (Sandra und Antonio) sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Eine VerstĂ€ndigung ist nur in italienisch möglich. Bei Problemen sind sie jedoch sofort zur Stelle und die Probleme werden behofen (Grazzie mille). Wir haben als Familie sehr schöne Ferien verbracht in Tortoli und es ist nicht ausgeschlossen, dass wir unsere Ferien wieder in der Liegenschaft von Sandra und Antonio verbringen werden. TrĂšs bien !

Je tiens avant tout Ă  remercier Sandra qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et disponible avant et pendant notre sĂ©jour. La maison est spacieuse et idĂ©ale pour des familles avec enfants. Le terrain est vaste, et on ne se sent pas les uns sur les autres. Il y a un grand calme avoisinant, on se sent seuls, c’est reposant. La situation de la maison est idĂ©ale ! En quelques minutes on se retrouve au centre, Ă  la plage, aux supermarchĂ©s... par contre pour aller Ă  la plage Ă  pied c’est dangereux selon nous pour les enfants, pas de trottoir. Il faut marcher sur la route. Nous privilĂ©gions la voiture. Mais en 2 minutes vous ĂȘtes Ă  la plage. 5 minutes pour une seconde plage splendide. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©, moustiquaire dans chaque chambre etc. Les meubles sont jolis. Les douches sont agrĂ©ables (puissance du jet, pas de problĂšme d’eau chaude) La maison ne pourra Ă  l’avenir qu’ĂȘtre qu’encore plus agrĂ©able et pratique avec Ă©ventuellement : un lave vaisselle, un Micro-ondes et un peu plus de vaisselles (couverts). Les vĂ©los n’étaient pas utilisables mais nous n’en avons pas fait part Ă  Sandra, si nous avions eu besoin je suis persuadĂ©e qu’elle serait intervenue pour les remettre en Ă©tat. La terrasse est agrĂ©able et confortable. Et aussi trĂšs conviviale. Nous recommandons cette maison car nous avions l’essentiel pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. Notre dĂ©ception a concernĂ© uniquement le wifi, l’annonce stipulait qu’il y en avait, et en fait non. Nous avions besoin de travailler sur nos ordinateurs et cela nous a embĂȘtĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Mais nous avons trouvĂ© d’autres solutions. A l’époque de notre rĂ©servation, le linge n’était pas indiquĂ© comme Ă©tant payant Ă©galement. Mais Sandra nous a tout expliquĂ© et nous avons trouvĂ© des compromis suite Ă  ces deux Ă©lĂ©ments non en adĂ©quation avec l'annonce. Depuis je crois que ça a Ă©tĂ© modifiĂ©. Et il est important de noter que les draps et serviettes sont de bonnes qualitĂ©, propres et repassĂ©s. TrĂšs agrĂ©able ! Ils sont livrĂ©s via un pressing. C’était de trĂšs bonnes vacances. Sandra et son mari ont Ă  cƓur de satisfaire leurs locataires, ça se sent.

Belle maison dans un beau cadre. Les propriĂ©taires sont serviables et sympathiques avec de bons conseils . Belles plages accessibles en voiture facilement. C'est top. Équipement Ă  renouveler et un peu juste pour 8 personnes. Les photos de l'extĂ©rieur ne correspondent plus vraiment Ă  la location. Je vous l'a conseil.

merci à Sandra et à son mari pour leur réactivité et leur gentillesse, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour, bonne literie, terrasse trÚs spacieuse, trÚs beau jardin spacieux, idéal quand on a des enfants. VerbesserungswĂŒrdig

Wir waren nun zum 6. Mal in dieser Villa. Die QualitĂ€t hat von Mal zu Mal abgegeben. In einem der Schlafzimmer hatte es zum Beispiel keine GlĂŒhbirnen mehr in beiden Nachtischlampen, der Vermieter hat mich jedoch "freundlich" darauf hingewiesen, wahrscheinlich sollte ich selber welche kaufen.... In einem Badezimmer fehlt die Stange fĂŒr den Duschschlauch Halter. Die Umgebung um das Haus herum ist ĂŒberhaupt nicht mehr gepflegt, Unkraut wuchert zum Teil einen halben Meter hoch, auf der Veranda fehlt der kleine Tisch zu der Launch (Soll ich denn mein Bier die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten?). Der Vermieter spricht ausschliesslich Italienisch obwohl das anders im Inserat steht (englisch). Beim Unterstand fĂŒr die MotorrĂ€der herrscht das totale Chaos, alte verrostete FahrrĂ€der und allerlei GerĂŒmpel steht dort herum. Zudem ist das Dach vom Unterstand absolut undicht, die MotorrĂ€der sind nach einer Regennacht nass und schmutzig. Schade dass hier absolut nichts investiert wird. Immerhin war der Pool sehr sauber, andere Jahre konnten wir den Pool nicht benĂŒtzen da voller Viecher und stark verfĂ€rbt. Und ĂŒbrigens die wunderschöne Palme auf dem Foto steht glaub ich schon etwa 4 Jahre nicht mehr dort.... Tia lieber Antonio und Sandra, wir kommen nicht mehr.....Schade.

Schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 grĂ¶ĂŸeren Kindern im August dort. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, großzĂŒgig und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Genossen haben wir auch die große Terrasse, den großen Garten und den Swimmingpool. Was wir auch ganz toll fanden, war der Grill, den wir öfters nutzten. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was wir genossen. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer an einem schönen Strand. Aber auch Tortoli ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, wo man abends schön bummeln und essen gehen kann. Das Vermieterehepaar Sandra und Antonio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Super Haus und sehr ruhig!

Wir(6 Jugendliche) hatten eine Super tolle Zeit mit dem Motorrad in Sardinien. Das Haus mit grossem Garten und einer schönen Grillecke war de Perfekte Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr schöne Tagestouren auf der Insel. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gerĂ€umig. Auch die Vermieter wahren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation erfolgt auf Italienisch, wenn nötig auch mit Google Übersetzer;)

Wunderschöne Villa mit großer Terasse und Garten

Wir, 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder + 1 Hund waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen in dieser herrlichen und gepflegten Villa, welche umgeben ist von Obstplantagen. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man hat richtig viel Platz, sowohl im Haus, als auch außerhalb im Garten. Die KĂŒche hat leider keine SpĂŒlmaschine. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns aber die riesig ĂŒberdachte Terrasse, die separate Grillecke sowie die Außendusche mit Warmwasser. FĂŒr einen Aufenthalt in Sardinien der perfekter Ort. Die StrĂ€nde entlang Lido Orri sind einmalig und besonders fĂŒr Kinder empfehlenswert. Aber auch das bergige Hinterland ist ein absolutes Muss! Alles in allem können wir das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und auch wenn die Kommunikation teilweise etwas holprig war (aber kein Thema), haben uns Sandra und Antonio super betreut und waren bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder und möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei Sandra und Antonio herzlich fĂŒr die schöne Zeit bedanken. Grazie per il bel tempo nella vostra casa.

Große, saubere Villa mit riesigem schönen Garten

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die Stadt ist dennoch schnell zu erreichen. Riesiger Garten mit Fußballtoren und Pool. Sandra und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort!

A wonderful journey

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in TortolĂŹ, in this beautiful and big villa with a super garden whereby childen can play safely. Just 15 minutes walking (or 3 min driving) from the nearest beach (nice). Relaxing and very silent. Ask Antonio and Sandra any advice for visiting the nicest beaches around and good restaurants to fully enjoy sardinia's life style. Owners are very kind and let us feel like home.
