Very nice apartment. Very clean and well equipped with everything required including super comfy beds. Lovely views from spacious terrace which has nice table and sun beds. Easy downhill 20 minute walk to marina which has good choice of restaurants. Great communication from Duquesa Estates regarding entry and exit. Highly recommend.

This is our 7th or 8th time in Coto Real. We stayed in different apartments. The first time we stayed in Andros. Always very comfortable accommodation. In every apartment we stayed in we always had issues with the electricity since it seems it does not support having example the heating and cooker on at the same time since the electricity goes out.

Das Appartement war absolut wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte auch ausreichend Geschirr, was ja selten der Fall ist. Wir haben auf den Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr moderne Bäder. Also alles was das Herz begehrt. Und der Ausblick von der wirklich tollen Terrasse ist ein Traum! Kann man nur empfehlen

Great place to stay

The apartment was very clean and had all amenities available including dishwasher, nespresso machine and washing machine. The tree had been trimmed (see earlier reviews) so we had the sea view. 15 min walk to Manilva / Duquesa was not an issue. Duquesa estates were a pleasure to deal with even in event of crisis! Would recommend. 5 stars .

The Apartment was very nice, lot og space, nce terrace, Only about 12 minutts to walk down TU Puerto La Duquesa, 15 to 20 minutts back or a taxi to 8 euros. Some tres in front of the terrace choud be cut a bit shorter to improve the view.

we liked everything, the apartment was lovely, well kept,spotlessly clean and in a great location. we were more than happy. The staff at Duquesa estates were more than helpful and so friendly and made us very welcome. We will almost certainly return.
