Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the complex Duquesa Suites, Golf and Gardens. The apartment has wifi, air conditioning, lounge with patio doors leading on to the large terrace with dining furniture and sun bathing furniture with views to the sea and the communal swimming pool.



This complex is located on the Duquesa Golf Course and offers the choice of four swimming pools, a children's swimming pool, children's play area, padel tennis courts, communal bbq area, underground parking and is just a 15 min walk to the marina and beaches.

Great accommodation

Great apartment and super complex, pools were great and about a 15 minute walk to the marina or 5 minutes to 3 local nice bars / restaurants. We hired a car as we like to get out and about as so much to see but not necessary. Nice touch having a cleaner come in after week 1.

Return Visit.

This was our third visit in three years to this apartment which is in a good location within the complex. Comfortable and quite well equipped. The ceiling lighting in the main living room is old fashioned and inadequate. It is dismal and dark and made even worse by the failure of a standard light.

Apartment spacious and in good location Various issues need attention as advised ie faulty sliding door, inoperative extractor fan, missing sink plug and no information on the area apart from urbanisation rules. Generally, this apartment is tired and would benefit from refreshed decoration and furniture

We have stayed in Duquesa Suites before and 303 was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay For your information: When we arrived the arm of one of the balcony chairs was broken ( not a problem for us as we only needed 2 chairs. One light bulb in the corner reading light was not working from the start and the other bulb failed during our stay. One of the overhead lights also failed so it became rather dim after dark. We could not get the water to come out of the shower above the bath, but we used the shower in the other bathroom. We did not know how to get the microwave to work and there are no instructions.

Enjoyable stay at 303 Duquesa Suites.

Have stayed at Duquesa Suites many times over the years but our first stay at Apartment 303. I Apartment was comfortable and spacious and generally well equipped and although not the largest terrace balcony at Duquesa Suites was large enough for us to relax and enjoy the excellent view. We intend to stay there again before too long. Double bed was very firm and gave us back aches. Needs a more comfortable bed or at least a bed topper to improve comfort. Bedding needs a rethink. We used a thin duvet which did not fit the bed properly and there was no duvet cover. There were heavy duvets but too heavy for us and possibly no covers for them either. Did not find any blankets. Pillows were very poor. Need replacing as soon as possible. No hairdryer found. Needs to be included. Need some small glass tumblers. Some tall very thin ones available but impossible to clean properly as so narrow. Canopy to sun bed seemed to be missing. Did not need this in March but would be nice for our next visit. TV only worked for a few Spanish channels. Appreciate now difficult to get UK TV in this part of Spain but unable to get any digital TV at all.
