THE DISTRICT
Ideal for those who love being in contact with the green, for those who want to isolate themselves from the chaotic city noise and breathe clean air. The place is cool and immersed in the calm and tranquility of the countryside where in the evening, in silence, it is possible to hear the sea, far from crowded streets, highways, railway stations. It is also possible to consume products grown in the soil surrounding the structure such as aubergines, tomatoes, onions, figs, lemons, loquats.
A TOUR IN THE SURROUNDINGS
Fiumefreddo Di Sicilia is well connected to the motorway (A18) for those who want to travel by car; for those who prefer to travel by public transport, there is both the railway station and the bus lines that connect the country to all the main tourist destinations that you wish to visit. Fiumefreddo di Sicilia is an excellent point to visit the main Ionian cities and archaeological sites: 10 minutes Taormina, 30 minutes Etna and Catania, 1 hour Siracusa and 2 hours Agrigento and the Scala dei Turchi. The Villa has a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe that can be visited with its boundless nature trails. The place is quiet, peaceful, airy the environment is fresh and away from traffic, not far from Marina di Cottone, one of the cleanest sea in Italy, winner of the Blue Flag.
The ACCOMMODATION
The villa is composed of traditional Sicilian-style houses, all independent of one another.
Each house has a small garden, its own terrace equipped with table and chairs, and is composed of a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate 4 people, but there is also the possibility of putting an extra bed by arrangement.
Each structure also has a washing machine, drying rack, kitchen utensils, oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, barbecue, sheets and towels, air conditioning, wifi connection.

Inside the structure there is also a free private parking.
SOME RULES OF THE HOUSE
1) Respect the peace at night;
2) Leave the house in the condition in which it will be delivered to you;
3) Be sure to close the private parking gate;
4) Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
5) in respect of the environment and to avoid unnecessary waste, there is a limitation on the consumption of electricity, putting at your disposal 2 kwh per day; exceeded the threshold the cost will be 0.60 cents per kwh. The counter is visible at any time by the customer.
6) use the barbecue in the garden and not on the terrace.
