Wonderful place - we loved it so much!

We stayed 5 nights at the open space apartment of Gabriella and Alfio in their beautiful house. It was more than we expected. I think the beauty of this place is much more than one can see on the pictures. The garden is just amazing with all the fruit trees. The fresh eggs for breakfast were lovely and the nice fruit and wine! And our son even got a present for Easter We had an amazing day with Alfio on the Etna Trekking Tour. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place. Perfect place if you have a car and want to explore the region. Grazie Gabriella & Alfio

Zum Seele baumeln lassen - Erholung pur

Mein Sohn hat mich bei der Bewertung gefragt: "Kann man auch fünf Sterne mit Krone geben" - und genau das hätte diese Unterkunft verdient. Gabriella und Alfio sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die wirklich alles möglich machen, damit man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Einzige Herausforderung: Beide sprechen kaum Englisch. Dank google translator lässt sich diese aber gut meistern. Außerdem war der Sohn oft da, der bei etwaigen Sprachhürden geholfen hat. Die Unterkunft schaut wirklich so aus, wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht noch schöner. Alles super gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein... wir wären am liebsten nicht mehr gegangen ;) Die Ätna-Tour von Alfio ist sehr zu empfehlen! Und der Limoncello von Gabriella auch ;)

Un accueil parfait dans un très bel endroit

Rien à redire. Gîte au calme, au pied de l'Etna que l'on peut admirer du bord de la piscine, au milieu des citronniers, de la vigne. Propreté et équipement sans faille. Et que dire de l'accueil de Gabriella et de sa famille: présents tout en étant discrets, disponibles, et d'une gentillesse à toutes épreuves, on se croirait chez des amis de longue date. A recommander sans hésitation.

schönes Appartement in ländlicher Umgebung am Osthang des Ätna

Sehr nette Vermieter (es gab z.B. selbstgemachten Wein und zweierlei Marmelade als Willkommensgeschenk), jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Sohn spricht auch gutes Englisch, somit war die Verständigung kein Problem. Aber auch mit Gabriella und ihrem Mann klappte es mit "Händen und Füßen" gut. Eine nette Trattoria ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und neuwertig oder zumindest im sehr guten Zustand, bis auf die Tatsache, dass es kein Haus, sondern ein Appartement mit separatem Eingang im Haus der Vermieter war (was uns aber nicht gestört hat, ganz im Gegenteil bei den netten Vermietern). Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder in die Case di Bacco, wenn es uns mal wieder nach Sizilien verschlagen sollte. Vielen Dank nochmal an Gabriella für die schöne Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften.

Such a lovely place to stay

This is such a lovely place to stay on holiday - the surroundings are beautiful and it is peaceful and relaxing. You can see Etna really clearly one way and the sea in the opposite direction, and the grounds of the accommodation are bursting with grapevines, olive and lemon trees, etc. Gabriella and her family are fantastic and made us so welcome. Her son Ricardo is great to help with any language issues. They were very accommodating, always there to help with anything, but never intrusive. Our plane was delayed on arrival and Gabriella's husband came out to look for us, as we were arriving in the dark, even though it was past midnight. They did a fantastic pizza night for everyone staying there one night, making about 15 different pizzas and cooking them in their own outdoor pizza oven, and complimenting these with their own homegrown and home produced wine - all totally delicious. It was a great way to meet the other guests and a really nice, enjoyable night. The accommodation was very clean - the only thing I would caution is to check what you have booked carefully - we didn't and so had booked a one-room (plus bathroom) 'apartment' for 4 of us, which would have been fine if we had had small children, but our girls are 18 and 21, and a separate bedroom would have been better for us - but that was our problem for not checking what we had booked properly. We loved Sicily and would definitely visit again, and we would highly recommend Gabriella and her lovely holiday homes.

Prima appartement op een sfeervol gelegen landgoed.

We hebben in juli 8 dagen doorgebracht in Casa di Bacco. We hebben daar een heerlijke tijd gehad. Mooi appartement. Idyllisch gelegen. Prachtige tuin. Gastvrouw Gabrielle, haar man en zoon zijn erg gastvrij en hartelijk. Bij aankomst stond er een fles wijn en zelfgemaakte jam voor ons klaar. Ook kregen we door Gabrielle gebakken cake en werden we uitgenodigd voor een pizza avond. Casa di Bacco is een prima uitvalsbasis om oost Sicilië nader te verkennen.

Hübsche, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Sehr liebe, um das Wohlergehen der Mieter bemühte Vermieterin. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte sich an dem häufigen Krähen eines Hahnes und den stündlich läutenden Kirchenglocken stören.

Sehr ruhige und feine Adresse

Wir (3 Personen) haben uns auf dem Gelände sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus schön und ruhig gelegen, mit toller Aussicht auf Ätna und Meer. Der hauseigene Wein war ein highlight. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Herrliche Unterkunft in einem wunderschönem Garten

Das Appartement war sauber und gepflegt, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Gabriella und Alfio waren sehr freundlich (z. B. Gabriellas Pistazienkuchen zur Begrüßung sowie 1 Flasche Rotwein und selbstgemachte Marmeladen!) und immer hilfsbereit. Sie halfen mit guten Tipps aus und Sohn Ricardo konnte uns mit seinem guten Englisch als Dolmetscher weiterhelfen. Der Garten mit typisch sizilianischer Bepflanzung ist wunderschön angelegt und war auch im Oktober noch eine wahre Augenweide und ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung, so wie auf den Fotos im Angebot dargestellt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestrips zum Kennenlernen der sizilianischen Ostküste inkl. Ätna ist der Standort bestens geeignet. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall sehr weiter empfehlen!

Zeer gastvrij en hele mooie woning tussen de zee, grote steden en de Etna in. Perfecte uitvalsbasis

Mooie woning met schitterende tuin, waar je druiven en citroenen zo kunt plukken. Soms wel met handen en voeten praten maar we kwamen er altijd uit. Ze doen echt hun best en zijn zeer vriendelijk en meedenkend Ook een zeer gezellige avond gehad met de familie en andere gasten, waar we genoten hebben van heerlijk traditioneel Italiaans eten. Omdat we laat terug vlogen mochten we ook langer in de woning blijven. Dat was top!

Heerlijke plek!

Het is een heerlijke plek, rustig en erg mooi. De studio was heel erg netjes, de tuin erg mooi en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. We voelden ons heel erg welkom, werden verwend met een eigen gebakken cake, de pizza avond was heel erg gezellig en de pizza's voortreffelijk. We hebben genoten. Een echte aanrader.

Wunderschönes Anwesen! Top!!

Wir hatten ein Einzimmerappartement zu 4. Für 4 Freundinnen war es völlig in Ordnung! Die Familie war unglaublich gastfreundlich! Wir wurden gleich am ersten Abend zum Pizzaessen eingeladen! Es war herrlich! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!! ;-))

Des vacances innoubliables

Une maison au milieu des vignes et des citronniers, dans un petit village Sicilien, avec l'Etna fumant en arrière plan... c'est magique. Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. Gabriella et Alfio sont des gens charmants, accueillants et très gentils. C'est ce genre de rencontre qui vous font aimer la Sicile et vous donne envie de revenir... Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Gelungene Mischung aus Agriturismo und Relax-Oase

Gleich beim Einfahren in den üppig bepflanzten Garten durch das Portal schaltet man auf Urlaub um: das gesamte Anwesen ist umgeben von Zitronenbäumen, alten Olivenbäumen, riesigen Oleanderbüschen und Weinbergen. Das Areal liegt auf dem Grundstück eines alten Weinguts, das Haupthaus, in dem die Familie in der Sommerzeit selbst wohnt, ist etwa 150 Jahre alt. Das Anwesen liegt etwas vom Meer entfernt am Fusse des Ätna, der Vorteil dadurch ist, daß es selbst im August gegen Abend auf angenehmere Temperaturen abkühlt. Die überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Inhaberfamilie hat uns gleich herzlich begrüsst und uns sogar die Koffer bis zu unserem Studio getragen. Obwohl die beiden Inhaber neben italienisch nur ein wenig englisch sprechen, bekommt man sehr wertvolle Ausflugstipps und auch sonst sind sie sehr hilsbereit, sollte es an etwas mangeln: unser Zimmer hatte etwas zu wenig Kleiderbügel, da wurde sofort nachgebessert. Das größere Gebäude scheint eine alte Scheune zu sein, die aufwendig mit Ferienwohnungen und Studios ausgebaut wurde. Das Gebäude ist sehr überschaubar und verfügt über ca. 4 Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe. Unser Studio im 1. Stock, das "Open Space No.1" war sehr sauber, mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, einer Extra-Ausziehcouch, großem überdachten Balkon mit Küche im Aussenbereich, auf der man einen herrlichen unverbauten Ausblick auf den Garten und den kleinen Pool hat. Der umgebende Garten ist überhaupt das Highlight der ganzen Anlage: Es gibt z.B. angenehme Liegestühle unter einem Sonnensegel inmitten der Zitronenbäume, deren Zitronen einem direkt in den Mund zu wachsen scheinen. Verteilt auf dem ganzen Gelände gibt es alte gepflegte Olivenbäume, einen idyllischen kleinen Platz mit schattenspendendem Kastanienbaum mit Baumschaukel sowie ein tolles Baumhaus für Kinder in einem uralten Olivenbaum. Auch ein paar Gänse und Hühner hält man sich hier, deren Eier man auch legefrisch zum Frühstück bekommen kann. Der kleine Pool mit Sonnendeck bietet eine willkommene Erfrischung und ladet zum Relaxen ein. Blick auf den Ätna inklusive ! Unter einer schönen rustikalen Veranda befindet sich ein steinerner Holzofen. Einmal pro Woche abends laden hier die Inhaber zu selbstgemachter köstlicher Pizza ein, dabei wird man garantiert satt :-) Beim Zubereiten darf man natürlich zusehen oder nach Belieben auch mithelfen. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil Allen empfehlen, die ein wenig sizilianisches Landleben in entspannter Atmosphäre geniessen wollen.

Superfamiliärer Aufenthalt in schöner Anlage

Gabriella und Alfio sind extrem warmherzige Menschen, versorgen mit Informationen, frischen Eiern, Pizza und jeder Menge Gastfreundschaft. Dazu eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer liebevoll gestalteten Anlage, alles selbst gemacht, an den ruhigen Hängen des Ätna - wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Bon qualite/prix. Endroit entre Etna et mer

Annonce 1176311 "le case di bacco" à Santa Venerina entre l'Etna et mer. Endroit en plein campagne dans une residence plein de vignes, citronniers, pruniers, et piscine. Les proprietaires sont tres acceuillants et familiales, soirees pizza (gratuit) fait par Alfio (le master chef), apero dinatoires dans une convivialité agréable. Le seul hic est les coqs, chiens et eglise qui sonne, c'est la campagne! Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, top l'espace bbq, piscine, parking privé. Etna sud ou nord à 30mns et mer à 20mns. A recommander.
