This is a self check in establishment. Prior to arrival I made contact with the staff to inform them about our arrival times. The light was on the property for our arrival, It was clean and neat through out the home. It felt and looked like a palace, everything you would need, however, we did have to go out and buy some toilet rolls. The beds are low and having hip issues I had problems getting off the bed but made it. LolIt does need a light at the front of the property to help with unlocking the door. The welcome pack would have been better in the living room and not the kitchen area. Other wise our stay was fantastic and relaxing.
