The villa is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Choeng Mon, Plai Laem, area which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island.The airport is a 10 minute drive from the house. The villa is situated ideally in-between Fisherman's Village (10 minutes’ drive) where you can enjoy fine dining on the beachfront & sample the rustic charm of Fisherman’s Village. Chaweng (12 minutes’ drive), which offers those seeking shopping, dining, the night life & the chance to party until the early hours of the morning.

There are three large and stylish bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. 2 bedrooms are en-suite. It offers a fast and reliable wireless internet connection indoor and outdoor via a local residential telecom provider. A safe is provided for storing your valuables in.The kitchen is fully equipped with a big style fridge freezer. It is air-conditioned throughout with extra ceiling fans in each room. Location-

Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island and is known for its laid back easy going atmosphere. Choeng Mon/Plai Laem is one of the best location on Koh Samui. The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away.
The Samui Sunset Estates development is a very peaceful, quiet and safe place (with security guard) at the main entrance, with only 9 villas at present, no big roads around.
Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.

· We don't charge any general taxes
· Housekeeping, (1 time every 5 days) garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance are included into the rental fee.
· Guest airport pick-up/transfer can be arranged locally (500 baht paid to the driver at the time)
· If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we’ll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
· If you require any additional services like Thai cooking, baby sitter, massages please let our Villa Manager know and who will organize these for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
· Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 6 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in private rental villas in Thailand
· As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ at time of booking to avoid any damages. The security deposit is automatically returned/refunded to you 1 week after check-out, or in the unlikely event that something is broken or missing, less the cost to repair/replace the item
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE, MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA, PLEASE
Whilst we want you to enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas.
NO SMOKING INDOOR, PLEASE! Ashtray are provided for smoking outside
NO WEARING OF SHOES INDOOR, PLEASE!
