Apartment T3 close to the beaches

The apartment is ideally located between the city center of Royan and the district of Pontaillac, near several beaches including the dovecote beach 150m. All activities and shops is within walking distance. The Thalasso and Garden Tennis are 5min.

The area of the pigeon beach is recognized as a quiet and popular area offering all activities and shops nearby. Everything is possible on foot, the coast is equipped with many bike paths and a bus stop serving the city of Royan and the surrounding area is located next to the housing.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and a cabin room with two single bunk beds. The room of life gives on a terrace equipped with a small living room of garden. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment for your stay (fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, washing machine ..). The toilet is separated from the bathroom (shower and vanity unit).
