About this property

Ski-in-ski-out apartment with balcony. Exceptional mountain views

Idyllic three bedroomed apartment, located right next to the ski slope. Sleeps up to 6 people. Perfect for winter and summer months.

Cosy living room with fantastic unobstructed views looking over the mountains. Smart TV. Good size dining room table to sit eight people. Kitchen has a fridge- freezer (see photos for size) , wine cooler, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. 2 bathrooms both with a bath and overhead showers. 2 toilets. Access to large balcony with beautiful views . There is a private communal ski room to store ski boots and skis and two private parking bays.

The ski slope down to the gondola is just metres from the front door, making it a genuine ski-in-ski out apartment. You can choose between catching the gondola to Grimentz or our neighbouring ski resort Zinal. For the adventurous, the off piste skiing is some of the best in Europe. The picturesque old village of Grimentz is within easy walking distance. Restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

** Please Note: fireplace is for decorative purpose only. The underfloor heating keeps it beautifully cosy and warm. Due to the buildings policy there is no access to the washing machine but there is a launderette located in the village **

Grimentz is beautiful during the summer months. You can hike, climb, mountain bike and enjoy the Swiss sunshine. The mountain is often littered with cows!

Awesome ski holiday

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful and best placed flat in Grimentz! It's really a ski-in & ski-out location, cosy furnished, nice decorated and with an uncomplicated, good host.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig und wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Negativ bewerten würden wir einzig die Küchenutensilien u d die Sauberkeit in der Küche, dies hat aber wohl am meisten mit den „Vormietern“ zu tun. Das Skigebiet ist super, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche im Appartement von Mary verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet und in einer perfekten Lage zur Skipiste. Der Skiraum ist im 3. UG und superklein, was die Benützung ziemlich unsinnig macht. Wir können die Wohnung von Mary weiterempfehlen.

Skiferien mit Kollegen

Grimentz ist eine sehr schöne Destination mit alter Baukultur im Dorfkern. Wir haben es hervorragend getroffen mit genug Schnee, guten Pisten und Sonnenschein. Gemütliche Restaurants laden zum Verweilen ein.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . L’appartement est très bien situé par rapport à l’accès aux télécabines . Proche également du centre du village . Appartement fonctionnel et agréable . Il manque un lave linge qui serait d’autant plus appréciable qu’il est compliqué de trouver un endroit pour laver son linge dans le village , une cafetière plus moderne serait aussi un petit plus . La communication avec Mary a été très agréable et ses conseils ont été appréciables .

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Très bel endroit, pas loin du centre de Grimentz. Nous allions chercher notre pain à pied. Possibilité de commencer des randonnées depuis l’appartement. Bien équipé et assez grand pour une famille. Belle vue depuis la terrasse! Seul amélioration aurait été la disponibilité d’un lave-linge, vu que le seul service de laverie au centre de Grimentz demande 20CHF pas machine!

Veel te weinig licht in de zithoek (er valt nauwelijks bij te lezen), heel jammer dat de open haard niet gebruikt mag worden, éen handdoek per persoon voor een hele week is veel te weinig. Verder prima.

Gorgeous Apartment

Our family of 4 LOVED this apartment. It was comfortable, spacious, warm and just had a lovely vibe to it. The views were gorgeous and it's definitely ski in ski out. The kitchen was really well supplied with plenty of plates, cutlery, cooking utensils and a decent sized fridge. We had friends staying in the village who joined us for a couple of suppers and there was plenty of room around the large dining table for all 9 of us. It was the best ski accommodation we have stayed in.

Wunderbare Wohnung für einen entspannten Skiaufenthalt

Wir können nur Gutes berichten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr gut, alles was man braucht war vorhanden (ausser einem Abtropfsieb für Pasta). Die Zimmer sind grösszügig, Badezimmer sehr komfortabel. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die grossen Fenster machen die Wohnung hell und luftig. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft ist prima geeignet für 6 Personen und liegt direkt an der Piste. Ebenfalls gibt es fussläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das groß Wohn-Esszimmer ist sehr gemütlich.

Lumineux, propre et bien placé

Appartement propre, confortable, spacieux, très bien placé, très belle vue, lumineux. Contact et accueil très agréables. Pour ce niveau de prestations, il serait appréciable que les locataires puissent avoir accès à un lave-linge (mais l'absence de lave-linge est bien indiquée par la propriétaire). Seul point négatif : les casseroles et poêles sont presque toutes inutilisables tant le revêtement est abîmé (heureusement il y a une bonne pizzeria au pied de l'immeuble...).
