The house of the sea (directly on the beach of the dunes)

Villa built in the 20s of the last century and recently renovated inside.
The house is directly on the beach of the dunes of the Tollo station; area of enormous environmental interest due to the presence of dunes and related protected plants, from the mullein to the sea lily, and as a nesting area for the Fratino.
The house has two large bedrooms, a living room kitchen and a bathroom.
The three rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, but the house is well ventilated and fresh.
Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and TV are included.
Outside, shower, table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue make "outdoor living" more comfortable.
Also included are beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers for the beach.
Home suitable for those who need a few days of rest and tranquility away from everyday stress and privilege a direct contact with nature.
