Residence OUR NEST - Apartment 1

In the beautiful Alba Adriatica, where it is possible to spend unforgettable days both in summer and winter, thanks to the mild climate, the wide silver beaches and the very long walk, consisting of a cycle path (intended for bicycles, roller and rickshaws) and from a beautiful promenade (reserved for pedestrians), which connects the various coastal towns, there is a small villa whose ground floor has been used as four apartments-sea, for those who want holidays in full comfort and relaxation.
The house is located about 350m from the sea, so as to stay away from the possible confusion of the night promenade. Each apartment is equipped with water, electricity, wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, hairdryer, safety deposit box, two bicycles, a parking space, a common washhouse, a common washing machine, a beautiful covered and lighted games terrace including a table table tennis and billiards. Around the house there is a garden where gazebos are located where you can have lunch, dine or have coffee and why not simply enjoy the sea air. Each gazebo is located opposite the entrance to each apartment.

Hospitality and kindness are the hallmark of the residence OUR NEST. Upon your arrival, a ciambellone made by us and all the first necessities to cook and refresh yourself awaits you. Moreover, the first dinner in the garden is prepared and offered by the residence.

Barbecues are available to all guests.
