Ever thought of experiencing the Magic of Jazz Fest? Now you can, with the added bonus of a month New Orleans in the spring. Spend the month of May with all that this great city has offer at this perfect time of year. This lovely home can be your staging ground for the second 2023 Jazz Fest weekend.

The house is located in the Bywater, the most hip neighborhood in New Orleans. Enjoy world class dining at N7 and Bywater American Bistro, bikes rides to Bacchanal, Crecent Park, Elisabeth's, the Country Club and the Joint. Take a yoga, or morning coffee at the award winning bakeries and enjoy warm evenings and music at the iconic bars.

The just built, 2000 sq. ft. home has with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All new furniture, completely ready for your visit. Professionally decorated. Plenty of on street parking. Washer and dryer, bedding. Fully stocked kitchen.

Great getaway in New Orleans

The home is beautiful and peaceful. You can enjoy New Orleans and all the buzz while still getting some relaxing time with all the comforts of home. Easy access to biking to the French Quarter. Walk to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

If you're in NOLA, this place is a must! Conveniently located just minutes from the quarter in the fun and rapidly gentrifying neighborhood of Bywayer, this incredible 2-story home is the best of both worlds. The owners had created a fresh modern interior design blends luxury comfort and charm plus all the benefits of a great home away from home! Two living spaces, great windows/light and designer amenities make this a terrific crash pad for individuals, couples and families alike! I stayed for 4 nights and would've stayed longer just to take advantage of everything this property has to offer!

Amazing home in NOLA!!!

The home is very beautiful. Brand new space in the wonderful and vibrant neighborhood of Bywater. Conveniently located near the French Quarter with many local restaurants near by. The owners are lovely. Very friendly and accommodating in every way!! Great place to take in the culture on NOLA while also have the privacy of your own home.
