*S P A C I O U S - 1908 Victorian painstakingly renovated to provide modern living with touches of Old World character throughout. *Located in the HISTORIC DISTRICT BYWATER neighborhood about a mile from the French Quarter.

PARKING: Parking is on the street.
Generally there is a space right in front of the house.
This is a lively area with restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

RVs - This residential area, will not allow parking on the street. HOWEVER, we have a friend, 10 minutes away, who allows our guests to park their RVs on his property. The fee is $20 per night. Quite a few guests, who are traveling cross-country have parked their RV on his property. Let us know and we will contact him on your behalf.

There are so many exciting things to do in NOLA beyond Bourbon St., for example, did you know that the city of New Orleans played a significant role in WWII? Its role was so huge that the Federal Government put its National WWII Museum in the city. THE ONLY National WWII Museum outside of Washington, D.C., so be sure to check it out. It is amazing!

- Accessibility: The entire home is on a single level, except for the master bedroom.
- All beds feature MEMORY FOAM mattresses.
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.

HISTORIC BYWATER NEIGHBORHOOD:
*known for its multiple excellent restaurants.
*Crescent Park which runs parallel to the Mississippi, offers a great place to walk or run in the morning. It ends at the French Market.
*After booking, you will receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. *Detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to make your trip memorable.

GETTING AROUND:
*New Orleans is a compact city, which makes getting to the French Quarter an 8-10 minute Rideshare, for about $10 - $15.
*BIKING is a convenient option as there are plenty of rental shops nearby.
*WALKABLE neighborhood -- take a stroll along gorgeous Crescent Park on your way to the French Market.
