This 3 story unit is custom decorated with modern furnishings and appliances. Very quiet neighborhood . 1 mile walking distance to the French Quarter through Crescent park along the Mississippi River . The neighborhood has fantastic restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Gorgeous condo and great host
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is well stocked for our crew to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the patio. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is beautifully furnished and quiet. We were in a perfect location to Uber or drive to all of our tourist-y activities. Very nice to have our own parking space behind a locked gate too. Rick is a great host and very responsive. We didn't need him much because everything was perfectly provided and setup for us!! We only wish we could have stayed longer :-)

Fantastic
Home away from home for five nights. A fantastic condo - comfortable, quiet, convenient and beautiful. My husband, 17 year old and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family. And, the recommendations we found inside for local restaurants were spot on - particularly Alma’s - don’t miss this place.

This condo was beautiful and newly renovated. You can still smell the new construction. Check in/out process was easy. Ricky was very nice and understanding. I would recommend this condo or any of his homes (if he has more). He is a very genuine person who communicates flawlessly. Thank you Ricky for letting us stay in your home.

Great Extra Long Weekend Getaway!
This condo was great! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ricky was very responsive to any questions we have. French quarter was a short 30 min walk. We did that every day! Great exercise! We love the Bywater area! Definitely recommend this condo to anyone who's visiting New Orleans!

Why they chose this property

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !

What makes this property unique

This complex only has 7 total units. Off street gated parking with a reserved parking space is rare in New Orleans and lends itself to safe entry and exit to the property. Directly across the street from this property is Crescent Park. It is a 1 mile beautifully landscaped park along the Mississippi River that lead directly to the entrance of the French Quarter.
