Why they chose this property

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !

This complex only has 7 total units. Off street gated parking with a reserved parking space is rare in New Orleans and lends itself to safe entry and exit to the property.
