Chalet Ivy is a luxurious chalet nestled in the Schmittenhöhe foothills with ample parking and an array of features for your comfort.

Having been fully refurbished it is extremely modern and clean with features such as steam room showers, jacuzzi baths, automatic lights, and a large open plan living-dining area.

Three of the four bedrooms are en-suite king rooms with beautiful views across the valley to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The bunk room is perfect for the kids and can be expanded to sleep four upon request.
The modern kitchen features all the appliances you may require including a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, etc.

Located 0.5km from the 'Golfclub Zell am See - Kaprun' it boasts excellent access to the course in the summer. In the Winter the ski bus stop is even closer and with buses running every 15 minutes you can be at the nearest lift in 2 minutes.

Chalet Ivy is perfect for large groups and families wishing to stay in comfort, luxury and privacy.

Huisje zell

Goed. Ruim .we hebben ervan genoten ! . mss wat meer handdoeken voor keuken voorzien- ( dunschillers en scherpe messen). In de slaapkamers misschien bankje of stoelen of ophangmogelijkheden voorzien voor kledij. Terrasstoelen zouden ook leuk zijn om even ‘‘s avonds na te genieten. !!!!!!!! parkeerplek te klein voor grote auto ‘s. 1 auto serieuze schade door de grote stenen bij afdraaien op weg. Volledige bumper beschadigd!

Super Appartement!

Das Appartment ist Klasse! Ein großer Raum mit gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile bietet reichlich Platz für Große Gruppen. Das Ambiente ist modern und dennoch gemütlich. Durch die 4 Bäder gibt es auch mit 10 Personen keinen Streß im Bad. Der Vermieter ist entspannt und wohnt mit im Haus. Der Weg an den See oder in die Stadt ist zu Fuß etwas weit, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt ums Eck und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wonderful apartment - Great host

Nice apartment with a good room assignment. Great beds, also the four beds in the smaller room. We have been there with 10 friends 25 years to 33 years old and had a really great time. The bus stop is 5 minutes away and offers good connections to the ski regions (Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn). Everyone from our group was convinced of the apartment and would visit it again. Thanks Kristian for being such a good host.
