A spacious caravan available for holiday rental on Brightholme Holiday Park in Brean. Caravan has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
The caravan has a flat screen TV, toaster, cooker, microwave, kettle etc and a lovely private garden with outdoor furniture for our guests to utilise.
The Holiday Park boasts a bar/restaurant that serves food daily (eat in or take out), outdoor children's playground, amusements and direct access to the beach.
There are many main attractions very close to the holiday park such as Brean Theme Park, Brean Splash, Brean Golf and a short drive away from Weston-Super-Mare in the car.
Pets are welcome in this caravan for an additional fee.
Bed linen is not supplied within the price but can be hired for an additional fee.
Free parking for 1 car . Early check in is available from 12pm for a £20 charge. Entertainment passes are optional and cost £10 per person per day. These allow half price at Brean Splash, half price Brean Softplay, discount on green fees (Golf) and discount at Brean Leisure Park. They also allow entrance to the entertainment venues on Unity Beach

Nic caravan good site near to beach for walks

All-inall ve ry nice place for our short break if ok would like to use again as we like breaks not to far from home on a regular basis

This caravan is very dated and the worst caravan I have ever been in. The nobs on the cooker were broken and the first time I used it the nob came off in my hand. The outside had very little or no maintenance for years. The table was delaminated causing cuts to your hands other parts of the caravan were delaminating. The hoover was broken, a wheel was broken, no sweeping brush. No iron. We were prevented from using the Unity amenities because no passes had been requested by the owner.What was the point of sending emails regarding access to the van was sent on the day of our departure and there was no access to wifi so that we could read what was sent. Fortunately we bumped into the previous user and she gave us a telephone number.For the price we paid it was horrid. We left early. Only thing on the bright was the bathroom was clean and tidy. I am aware you dont get the first class caravans when you include a pet, but this was overpriced and will never be going back to you for booking another holiday residence. I rate this as a 1 out of 10.

Hi Michael, it is an older caravan. None of the knobs were broken on the cooker before your arrival. The outside has been weeded and cut just two weeks ago so I am unsure as to what might be wrong now. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat, the laminate has started lifting in some places. We are trying to stick this back down as best as we can in between guests until we get an longer empty period where we can sort it out properly. We will have a look at the hoover as we are unaware that this was broke. Passes are optional and cost £10 per person per night as stated on the listing. You did not purchase any passes for your stay. If you had purchased the entertainment passes they would have been left in the caravan ready for your arrival. You are stating that you didn't get access details until the day of departure so I am just wondering how you got into the caravan without any access details. Wifi is available in venues across the holiday park but no private wifi in the caravan hence why it is not included in the listing

Caravan

The caravan was as expected. Comfortable for a short stay. The microwave oven failed and was replaced with a new one immediately. The downside for us was the noise from the clubhouse which was close to us.

Review

Property fine but didn't receive 'joining' info in time. I assumed 'check in' was at the site not online - needs to be explained better as part of booking process. Gained access eventually, with help from staff on site, who were excellent.
