Detached house of 1400, former pawnshop in the country of Gazzane quiet hamlet of Roe Volciano less than 2 km from Salo LAKE GARDA, newly renovated on two levels. The house is accessed by a small covered courtyard that serves as a settlement between the ground and the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room / kitchen with fireplace and a sofa bed for two people. On the upper floor, the bathroom and a large bedroom with double matrimonialee loft.

Nice little place

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das historische Gebäude hat einen tollen Charme und liegt mitten in den Gässchen des Dorfkernes. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist die ca. 200 Meter entfernte Bar, in der man auch prima frühstücken kann. Super freundliche Einheimische und im Biergarten ein leckerer Rotwein lassen die Abende toll enden. Nach Salo sind es mit dem auto ca. 10 Minuten, zu Fuß zu weit (relativ steil bergauf). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Ancient walls and living history

Very nicely renovated ancient small townhouse in the old part of roe volciano. The only thing we were missing was wlan and a kitchen counter/worktop.

Erwartungen voll erfüllt

Wir haben uns die Unterkunft in Roe aufgrund der dargestellten Fotos ausgesucht und haben auch alles so in der Casa Laura angetroffen und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Milena und ihr Mann haben uns hilfreich bei Fragen und Problemen unterstützt. Roe ist der ideale Ausgangsort fernab vom Touristentrubel für ausgiebige Erkundungen am Westufer des Gardasees

Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub! Sehr schönes Haus,allerdings ist aus der Beschreibung nicht voll ersichtlich,dass das Bad und Schlafzimmer über die Treppe außen zu erreichen ist. Mit kleinem Kind,das durchgehend mobil mit knapp zwei Jahren ist,doch etwas gefährlich,da man die Türen durchgehend geschlossen halten muss. Einziges Manko,keine Klimaanlage,welche sehr sehr von Vorteil wenigstens im Schlafzimmer wäre. Man denkt,dass sich die Räume runter kühlen,durch die Steinmauern,wenn man alle Fenster geschlossen hält,dem ist leider nicht so. Nachts war es sehr sehr warm und man hat leider nur einen Ventilator. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke !

Charmantes, altes Haus

Ein wunderschöner Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Sehr ruhig, sauber, stilvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und Nachbarn. Wer allerdings Handynetz oder WLAN braucht, sollte es sich überlegen. Es gibt im Ort ein WLAN, dazu kauft man sich für 10€ eine Buchse, die man im Haus anschließen kann. Funktionierte leider trotzdem nicht. Aber trotzdem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!!

Zu empfehlen

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Wer abseits vom Touristentrubel Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen und die nahegelegenen Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen.

charmant, romantisches Ferienhäuschen

Wir habe uns währen des Aufenthalts in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Das charmante, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist einfach klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Wir d.h. meine Frau und ich und unser Hund Merle, sind nun absolute Gardasee-Fans geworden. Land und Leute sind sehr freundlich und herzlich zu uns gewesen. Die Ausstattung im Ferienhaus war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Bilder spiegeln den sehr guten Zustand des Ferienhauses wieder. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. die Abgabe haben ohne Probleme sehr gut funktioniert. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Signora Milena und ihrem Mann sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Bei Fragen konnten wir und jeder Zeit an sie wenden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und im Detail perfekt abgestimmt und eingerichtet. Wie es die Bilder versprechen ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der kleine Hof lädt zu schönen Abenden im Freien ein. Für Menschen, die es weniger touristisch mögen ist es der ideale Aufenthaltsort. Dennoch erreicht man Salo in wenigen Minuten. Sehr gerne besuchen wir diese Unterkunft wieder.

Schön und Romantisch

Wir wurden hier freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus in dem historischen Gebäude ist liebevoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich ins Mittelalter zurückversetzt, es ist sehr romantisch. Von der günstigen Lage aus kann man mühelos alle Besichtigungsziele erreichen und auch der Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Schade faden wir nur, dass der Backofen nicht richtig funktioniert, weil es in italienischen Supermärkten so viele leckere Sachen gibt, die man im Backofen zubereiten kann. Das Essen hat uns am besten bei Adamelo in Cunettone und in der Trattoria Centrale in San Felice geschmeckt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, Ira und Michael

Snoezige woning

Samen met mijn mijn 2 zoons en ons hondje hebben wij 2 weken doorgebracht in het huis van Laura. Voor ons gezin is dit huis perfect. Het huis is mooi wit en er is veel aandacht besteed aan de meubels en de inrichting. De eigenaar heeft zeker oog voor details. De woning was erg schoon; dat zie je direct aan het sanitair, de badkamer en de keuken. Wij hebben ook contact gehad met de Enzo en Milena. Zij zorgen voor de woning en zij kunnen helpen als er problemen zijn. Het enige nadeel van deze woning is het ontbreken van internet of wifi; dit is best een gemis. De woning ligt prima om vandaar uit de omgeving van het Gardameer te verkennen. In Roe zit een fijne Italmark voor de dagelijkse boodschappen (600 meter). Wij komen al 10 jaar naar het Gardameer en we zijn blij dat we deze woning hebben gevonden. In augustus 2014 gaan wij terug! Bedankt Laura voor je mooie huis en Milena en Enzo voor de goede zorgen. Adorable house

Together with my 2 sons and our little dog, we spent 2 weeks in Casa di Laura. For our family this house is perfect. The house is beautiful and all white and there has been a lot of attention for decoration and furniture. The owner has an eye for details! The house was very clean. We noticed that by seeing the toilet, bathroom and kitchen. We have also spend time with Enzo and Milena. They take care of the house and they can help in case of problems. The only thing missing is WiFi. We missed it because we couldn't use laptops and tablets. The house lies on a perfect location if you want to visit the environment of the Lake Garda. In Roe there is a nice big Italmark for daily shopping. (600 meters). We visit the Lake Garda for 10 years now and we are happy that we have found this house. In Augustus 2014 we return to this loveley place. Thank you Laura for your beautiful house and Milena and Enzo for your good care! We will meet again in August 2014!

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns in diesem Domizil sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns war es wie ein kleines Schlösschen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zudem ist es sehr sauber. Zum Abschalten der ideale Ort. Wir können uns vorstellen dort erneut einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ohne Auto allerdings nicht möglich, ist ein steiler Anstieg von Salo nach Gazzane. Das Domizil können wir sehr empfehlen. Fr. piccolo sognio

La "Casa di Laura" e un piccolo e bellissimo gioello da solo amare. E messa in una tranquilla possizione e arredata con tanto amore sul dettalglio nell stile "Stock" adatta ai suoi anni di vita. Con un piccolo cortile dentrata da molto atmosfera privata. 2-3 km da Saló si ritrova Gazzane di Roé Volciano in un posto tranquillo piu alto del' Lago. Supermercato non lontano e pure una produzione proppria di prodotti fresci e buoni di Carpa (chiedete la Sig. Milena). La casa e in ottima qualita e tenuta molto pulito e chi ha bisgno di uns pulitura extra se la puo richiedere della Signora Milena. Anche due biciclette si possono affitare. Ci sono tutte l'informationi turistiche del Lago di Garda, dei tragghetti, merchati e bellisisimi posti in forma di mappe e "flyer" per conscere bene gli dintorni. Mi sono trovata molta accolta dell'ambiente. Doppo essere gia stata a Setemmbre 2012 (1. volta) in questa bella casa ho dovuto ritornare per farmi raprendere sul nuovo della felicita di essere per 2 settimane "la propretaria"..... Consiglio questa casa chi ama la tranquilita fuori del turismo di massa per ritrovarsi a due passi nella natura, ma anche con la possibilita di raggiungere presto "il pulso della vita". Raccomando l'uso di una macchina per chi no va tanto in bici.

Kleines feines Schmuckstück!

Ein altes liebevoll restauriertes kleines feines Domizil. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Liebevoll im entsprechenden Stil eingerichtet und gepflegt. Gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wie beschrieben so auch vorgefunden. Gemütlich und einladend. Liebhaber ruhiger und nicht touristisch überlaufener Orte und Unterbringungen werden dieses "Häuschen" lieben. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort ausserhalb von Saló in der Anhöhe. Es liegt im Zentrum des Örtchens ohne Seeblick, den man aber auch nicht vermissen muss, da man den ganzen Tag damit beschäftigt ist direkt um den See alles Sehenswerte zu erkunden. Hierfür liegen allerlei Informationen aus, die sehr hilfreich sind sich zu orientieren und jeden Geschmack an Möglichkeiten abdecken. In wenigen Schritten ist man direkt in der Natur und von vielen vielen Olivenbäumen umgeben. Einen grossen Supermarkt finden sie in der näheren Umgebung, der so manches Geniesser-herz höher schlagen lässt. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist auch eine Ziegenkäserei mit vielen frischen Spezialitäten zu finden. Fragen sie hierzu Signora Milena, die ihnen auch gerne bei vielen anderen Fragen "mit Händen & Füssen" versuchen wird zu helfen. Auch wenn sie nur sehr wenig Deutsch oder Englisch spricht, versucht sie gerne weiterzuhelfen. Auch helfen die ausliegenden Infozettel bei den ersten Fragen weiter. Wer Stil im Ambiente braucht und es klein und fein mag, der wird sicher wiederkommen wie ich nach meinem ersten Aufenthalt im September 2012....
