The lovely open plan design creates an inviting space for relaxing and socialising. The large bi fold doors in the conservatory lead out onto the patio and stunning walled garden. A large open fire is the main feature of the sitting room whilst the separate snug provides a useful breakout room for TV viewing.

Sandwich holiday

All was as depicted, sandwich is a very nice town with lots of places to eat and pubs which are mostly dog friendly, close to Station so its easy to get to other places along the Coast, we all enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, beautifully furnished , great location

Perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Spacious, wonderful outdoor/indoor space which meant we were able to make the most of the weather. Fabulous to have 3 bathrooms for us all to get ready in. Comfy beds and everything that could possibly be needed was provided. Great to have parking available, we easily found spaces for two cars. Short walk into the centre of Sandwich and nearby pubs. Very accommodating owners - perfect in every way, we'll definitely be back!

Comfortable and cosy

We enjoyed our stay at Sandwich. This property is very central to everything, you can walk all over Sandwich and to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. Modern interior, maybe slightly smaller than it looks in the pictures.
