Villa Maragani 2 charm & relaxation
Sicilian rustic style villa with a splendid sea view.
apartment with employee entrance on the first floor with a splendid sea view, barbecue for excellent barbecues, outdoor shower for the sea, parking space.
The interior consists of a kitchen - dining room with sofa bed (140 * 200) with sea view, double bedroom with sea view, bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV.
The exterior is furnished with garden furniture, terrace with table and chairs for lunch and dinner all overlooking the sea.
Upon your arrival you will find the traditional welcome basket (Sicilian wines and Sicilian sweets).
The price includes the consumption of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, final cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels with linen change and rearrangement of the apartment every three days.
