7 Bedroom Villa, Beautiful location with stunning sea and mountain views

Impressive 7 bedroom villa to sleep 15 (7 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge). Regularly used by larger families and groups due to the spaciousness of the villa.

On the ground floor is the modern and comfortable open-plan living areas with spacious and fully equipped kitchen/diner, which includes a water cooler/dispenser. The lounge area is spacious and provides plenty of seating for 14.
There is satellite TV (limited English channels) plus free wifi and is fully air conditioned.

The ground floor also has a utility room with ironing facilities and washing machine, plus there is a WC.

Outside the terraces are large, and the pool is approximately 20mtrs long, with a jacuzzi section as well as a separate children’s pool. Around the terraces are plenty of sunbeds, parasols and two good sized pergolas providing welcoming shade from the sun.

The gardens are well-established and have sweet scented flowers combined with fragrant orange, lemon, banana and pepper trees.

Clean towels and linen are provided weekly and a mid stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost.

The villa has approximately 15 steps down to the entrance & may not be suitable for less able individuals. All rooms have air-conditioning


The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 11000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
