La facilidad para llegar y la localización, fácil de salir a las carreteras y fácil de llegar al centro andando, además de tener una playa al lado. La limpieza, no es que estuviera muy limpio y además encontramos una almohada con sangre. Aunque esto se solucionó rápido.
Además echamos en falta trapos o algún material más de limpieza en la casa.
