Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Alminares

Villa Alminares is in an elevated position high above the Punta Lara residential area in Nerja. It is just 1km from the nearest beach and 3km from the centre of Nerja town and is approached by a steep road with just 100 metres of rough track.

The villa is a basic yet comfortable country style property enjoying the peace of the countryside but within easy access of all amenities. It has a large private pool and lawn area.

Alminares is ideal for groups of friends and families and commands stunning views over towards Nerja, the mountains and the whole coastline.

On entering the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops. From here you access the large lounge and the dining area which has patio doors at each end with lovely views. The bedrooms are situated downstairs, two twin rooms that share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double room with en-suite bathroom. One of the twin rooms is large and has space for an extra bed.

Outside there is a spacious covered terrace area with a built.in brick barbecue. From the terrace one can access the large private swimming pool, gardens with lawned area and private parking.

Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in living room and master bedroom. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (11.35m x 4.9m and 1.3 - 2.65 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.

All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
