The property is perfect for small families and friends staying together as Linlithgow, Falkirk, Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow are all within an hour’s drive.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 1: (4 Steps), Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request.. Courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is 1 step in the courtyard.. The Cottage at Cauldcoats is a charming former stable which has been converted into a great holiday cottage in what seems like the middle of nowhere. It’s easy to forget that you’re less than a mile from junction 3 of the M9 motorway and 2 miles from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow. When you’re not out enjoying the fruits of Linlithgow’s shops, bars and restaurants, or at Blackness enjoying the castle or a walk on the beach, then the cottage offers a peaceful sanctuary to gather yourselves and relax with a cuppa or a glass of wine.

Through the door and down three small steps, along the hallway and there is the bright open plan living area with skylight windows. On summer days open the formal stable doors and relax in the outside seating area where you can enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Beach 1 mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Great cottage

It was a perfect place for our holiday. Charming cottage with a lot of place. Very well placed, 30 min to edimbourgh, 15 min to the airport.
