Inside a private property of 1800 the cottage offers its guests the possibility of staying in two houses and a bedroom, with a private gazebo and solarium, with exposed beams restored respecting the original form, tastefully furnished, air conditioned , satellite TV, wi fi. Orthopedic nets and mattresses, 12 beds in total.
Inside the park there is a POOL for the exclusive use of our guests !!! you can distribute yourself between a three-room house with 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed, a studio house with 2 double beds, a double bedroom with bathroom.
Il Podere is located in a strategic position being in fact equidistant from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and the Monti Sibillini chain (approximately 30 km.) Come and visit us will be the opportunity to visit the many cities of art of which the Marche Region is rich, without ever losing touch with nature.
