( 314 Ocean Avenue ) This is a beautiful and clean 2 Bedroom Cottage Located Right Across The Street From Moody Beach. It Has Living Room, Color Roku TV, 1 Full Bath (Tub & Shower), Galley Kitchen With Microwave and Dishwasher, Separate Dining Area, Washer/Dryer, Large Enclosed Rear Porch and Rear Deck, Gas Grill, And Outside Hot & Cold Shower. A King Bed In 1 Bedroom , The Second Bedroom Has 2 Twins. Also a Queen Sleep Sofa On The Enclosed Sun Porch. ( NO HEAT on sun porch ) Parking For 2 Cars.Tenants are not to have pets of any kind on the property. 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT $400.00
GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS, bath and beach towels. Public entrance to beach is a five minute walk.
July through the end of August, weekly rentals only. May, June and September 3 night minimum.
Children are welcome.
