Our home is right on Wells beach. Wake up every morning with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view from your deck and living room. This home is the ultimate in beach convenience. Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. A Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year (as owners convert rental homes to private homes). Treat yourself to the ultimate Wells beach experience - Stay right on the beach!! Within our recently updated circa 1924 home, this 2 bedroom unit is adjoined by a 3 bedroom unit (VRBO #2278234) on the opposite side of the home. If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. We purchased this home in 2021 - that is why there are only a few reviews as of yet. We own another home on Atlantic Ave that has double digit highly positive VRBO reviews (VRBO #3912788). You only live once, why not treat yourself to one of the best locations Wells Beach has to offer! Enjoy the panoramic ocean sunrise with your coffee!! Perfect Beachfront Rental

Beach house was even better than advertised. Communication with owner was pleasant & easy. House was clean and welcoming. Everything we could need or want was there. Beautiful views, right on the beach, just unpack & go. Best VRBO experience I’ve had.

Relaxing oceanfront stay in Wells ME

The cottage was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to everything you need. Each night we left our window open and the ocean waves lulled us to sleep. Each morning we watched the beautiful sunrise on the comfortable covered porch. The cottage itself had everything you needed for a short or extended stay. We are so appreciative of the host, Dave, for sharing his wonderful vacation home. Can't wait to stay again.

Nice splurge on Wells Beach

My mom and I stayed in the North suite for a weekend. Beautiful location, updated residence right on the beach with lovely outdoor seating areas. I appreciate the comfortable amenities of the place; however, I do not recommend for anyone that is feeble or unable to climb and descend steep stairs to the two bedrooms. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels and to ensure the place is tidy and all windows closed upon checking out. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Greatest location

We’ve been staying in Maine for several years now, and this is the best location we have been to! The only negative point for us were the carpets, and some spider webs

My family and I have been vacationing at Wells Beach for the last 15-20 years. We do enjoy the family atmosphere at this beach. Before purchasing 131 Atlantic, we stayed at all the motels and hotels along Rte 1. The daily vacation drama of will we find a parking spot by the beach and packing up the car and being careful not to forget anything as we'd have to drive back to get it - (and risk losing our parking spot) was not really fun. We started staying right by the beach and our stress levels decreased dramatically. Everything about Wells in the summer is fun (see Congdon's Doughnuts, Billy's Chowder House, Mikes Clam Shack, The Steak House and even Dairy Queen). We take a lot of pride in our home and constantly look to upgrade.

Why they chose this property

If you want the positively best Wells Beach experience, then stay right on the beach. This home is the ultimate in convenience and experience. You can watch the tide come in and go out from the deck or living room. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean from your comfortable chair on your deck is absolutely therapeutic. This home is also strategically located between Public Way #2 and Public Way #3. The distance from both can decrease the potential for crowds that is sometimes seen right at the exit of a Public Way. The location of this home is absolutely amazing.
