If you are looking for one of the best Wells Beach locations available, than look no farther. Our two bedroom home sleeps six and is right on Wells Beach. The home features unobstructed 180 degree ocean views and door to beach access. Wake up at the ocean each day of your well earned vacation. The sun drenched patio sits right at the edge of the beach. Catch some rays on the sand or just hang out on the huge patio. If you need a little less sun, move up to the covered porch and watch the waves with a cocktail in hand. The entire interior of this home was updated in the early 2000's (no circa 1920 beach house interior at this beach house). All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A 1/2 bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the main living area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking, while a huge problem for those in 1 parking spot beach houses, is not an issue here. Park upwards of 5 cars if needed. You work hard for 51 weeks of the year. Treat yourself to one of the best Wells Beach experiences conceivable. Stay right at the beach. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!

The home is very clean and has an amazing covered patio where we enjoyed watching the waves as they come in! We ate meals in and had everything we needed. It was a fabulous family getaway.

Great beach front rental

We really enjoyed this rental. The pictures and description were accurate. It’s a small house but does sleep 8 if 4 sleep on the pull out sofas. And the first floor layout is open and spacious. The owner was responsive with questions we had. Note that you have to bring your own sheets and towels.

Beautiful Property

The property itself was beautiful. However, upon arrival we took 2 hours to clean up ourselves. And we had to wash sheets and comforter. We went off season, so everything was closed but it was really beautiful and relaxing. I would come back and rent this house again.

Most Amazing Beachouse

I could not have asked for a better vacation home for our family trip. We have been going to Wells for years and we decided to book this house this year for convenience of both location and parking and it certainly did not disappoint! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything. 5 Star for sure! Highly recommended!!

Wells Beach weekend get away

We booked the seaside house for a late October weekend get away and by chance the weather was perfect with high’s in the 70’s the entire three days. Accordingly we were able to spend time on the beach enjoying the weather with the house just feet from the water at high tide. The house itself was clean and comfortable. The beach side deck and furniture need some care. We found the chair and couch pillows stained. I’m sure the patio furniture suffers lots of wear given the location but even more the reason to replace the pillow’s frequently. On another note, we take long weekends such as this about three times a year in similar small homes along the Maine coast. This was the first time that a house we rented was devoid of linens, towels, bath mat and basic amenities to feel welcomed. We found ourselves heading over to Reny’s to buy the necessary items needed for the weekend. It was and is stated in the lease agreement but I failed to read the contract thoroughly. In spite of the inconvenience I would highly recommend a stay.

On the beach!

Great stay. Was there for a week in mid May’25. Whole crew remarked several times during the stay, how nice the house and location was. Loved being able to walk out the back door and be on a great family beach.

Absolutely the best

We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat this location. Right on the beach. The sounds and smell of the ocean right at your door. Gorgeous views. Lovely covered porch and good sized patio. Lots of room inside to gather with family. Excellent communication from host. Would highly recommend to anyone.

If you like to wake up to the ocean before you, then our home is where you need to be. Open the curtain and take in a 180 degree panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean and Wells Beach. The absolute best access to the beach and ocean. Unlike a majority of the other Wells Beach homes built in the 1920's-1970's and never updated, this home has all the bells and whistles. Updated in the early 2000's, everything in this home is fresh and clean.
