This great self-contained holiday home, situated on a quiet lane off the A361, is a perfect base for exploring this fabulous part of Wiltshire, with bridle footpaths on the doorstep ideal for dog walking. Located on the border of Somerset, it is only 40 minutes away from the World Heritage city of Bath with its thermal spa and Roman baths.



The property is located in a rural area, with breathtaking views across the countryside. The property is accessed via 13 steps so is not suitable for those with mobility issues. This lovely apartment is located above the owners’ garage and features an open plan living, dining and kitchen space, which then leads to the double bedroom and shower room. From the living area you can step out onto a small balcony where you can enjoy some great views and al fresco dining.



The historic village of Frome is close by and offers a popular farmers market every Friday. Longleat House with its safari park and grounds is just a short drive away, and many more attractions and National Trust properties are just on the doorstep. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

We were pleased to find a property in the Frome area that would accommodate our small dog.

We were pleased to find a property in the Frome area that would accommodate our small dog. The amenities and facilities at the Annexe at Marshfield provided a comfortable 2 night stay. The owners in adjacent bungalow were very helpful and friendly.
