Suite 1241 terrace is a well-lit two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a Venice palazzo with private access directly from the canal for those arriving by water taxi.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious, well-lit triple bedroom (one double and one single bed) overlooking the canal.
The building boasts a lovely roof terrace, where you can access to enjoy a beautiful view and take some photos.

The living area has a dining table, a comfortable sofa, which can serve as a single bed, and a large kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals with your family (oven, microwave, dishwasher).
The kitchen opens up to a small balcony overlooking a canal. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a bidet.

Suite 1241 Terrace is in the Dorsoduro district, near the famous Gallerie dell’Accademia and a minute on foot from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful and characteristic Venetian campi, with trees and benches, where you can explore grocery and fish stalls, shops, restaurants, trattorias, supermarkets, and osterie. After a short walk, you get to Fondamenta della Toletta, where you can find bookshops, bars, ice cream parlours, ATMs and the small but extremely popular wine bar, 'Enoteca Ai Artisti'. Nearby, you can also find the restaurants of Calle Lunga San Barnaba, which leads to the delightful Campo San Barnaba and then to the Ca' Rezzonico water bus stop and the Ca' Rezzonico Museum, which houses 18th-century masterpieces and the commemorative plaque remembering Robert Browning right behind the Grand Canal.

Great rental

This rental unit was (in my opinion) one of the better parts of Venice away from the insanely packed touristy streets. Venice is very walkable, or you can take the water taxi, so it’s really easy to get around from this location. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip and made themselves available to me during our stay. There were very clear, specific, check in instructions and finding the place was surprisingly easy. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever lucky enough!

Perfect location, lovely apartment

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was awesome for exploring Venice. Check in and check out was very easy. The apartment had plenty of space for my family of five and had everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhoods of Dorsoduro!

Quiet local resident area of Venice!

Wonderful location and very clean apartment! The view from the terrace is amazing - watched the sunset over the rooftops which was incredibly beautiful. In the mornings got coffee from pastry shop just around the corner. Many families nearby going to school and doing everyday life. It’s a hike from the train station. - pack lightly. Many bridges to cross but worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and service

We appreciated the excellent location of the apartments, as many sights are within walking distance and at the same time a very quiet place to relax after walking. The special charm of the apartments - the upper terrace on the roof of the house - is really a wonderful thing. A very modest balcony of the apartments themselves, but a view of the canal opens up and it was pleasant in the morning to see the azure water underneath and watch the fish swimming below - very peaceful. The undoubted advantage is a very competent and detailed description and instructions on entry, accommodation and check-out from the apartments, all the information is clear and timely - this is a well-established service. And a very useful option from agents is the ability to deliver and store luggage. This will definitely be appreciated by those whose arrival/departure time does not coincide with the check-in and check-out schedule.

Très bon emplacement

Situation idéale dans le quartier étudiant de Venise, à 5 min de l’Academia, 25 min de la place St Marc, à proximité de cafés restaurants et commerces. Appartement au 1er étage avec Vue sur petit canal en contrebas. Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, mais un peu sombre du fait qu’il est encaissé dans une ruelle. Joli point de vue de la terrasse. Malheureusement aucun mobilier d’extérieur sur cette terrasse.
