Welcome to Cinco Palms, a tropical oasis in a secure gated community of Laguna Hills. Just 5 miles up the coast from San Jose, Laguna Hills is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Los Cabos area. Watch the migrating pods of whales breach just off the beach and truly connect with nature in the most serene environment you could imagine. Our home features 3 bedrooms, each with one queen bed and it's own private bathroom. Chefs will appreciate a gourmet fully equipped kitchen complete with a sub zero refrigerator and an Italian Bertazoni 36 inch range or walk down to Buzzards Bar and Grill for a casual dining experience (breakfast lunch and dinner in the sand)

Relax by the pool & hot tub and or cozy up in our living room on a cool Baja night. As we are located off the grid in an eco friendly solar community ( update: electric has now been run and we now have Air Conditioning) we hope to find those adventurous travelers. This is a nature lovers paradise and we are looking for those like minded travelers to share it with.

Our home has wifi and a Smart 47 inch tv which streams netflix ect (no cable). Our house sleeps 6 but our pricing is based on 2 person occupancy and it’s $30/night for each additional guest. Please let us know how many guests will be staying in advance. This is not a shared property or pool. You will have the whole place all to yourself!

*May not be safe or suitable for children in the ages of 2 to 7 years of age, this is a high end home with many delicate details. ALL children must know how to swim

*We ask that guests to be consciences about the use of water as it has to be trucked in.

*** VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the cost of propane the house comes with only 2 hours of hot tub use. We have it set to turn on automatically every day from 4 to 6pm. If you would like more hours it’s $15/hour. Luis our groundskeeper can adjust timer but he does not work weekends. The pool is not heated and can be chilly but does feel nice especially as the mexican sun starts heating up...


**** We do not offer refunds due to the threat of inclement weather. If house becomes uninhabitable due to a storm we will issue a refund for those nights. We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance that includes protection for tropical storms.


***** All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning including the living room. The kitchen and dining room do not. Please keep in mind our home is hacienda style so it’s a lot of outdoor living. Please keep this in mind when booking in the hot months particularly September and October

********We strongly recommend renting a car. This is not a good fit for those looking to only get around via Uber or Taxi. Guards may not let Uber drivers into community to come in to pick you up. You will could possibly have to meet them at guard house.


**************There is some building going on in El Encanto in the community below us but I’m told by all of our guests that the impact is minimal. Our view has been partially blocked but there is still a partial ocean view from the pool and a very nice ocean view from the upstairs seating area.
