Through a comfortable staircase with anti-slip mat you can access the second floor that overlooks the ground floor, Upstairs: Large suite with 2x2 King bed, closet with safe, balcony with wide views, bathroom and a 2nd. room with a square bed and 1/2 and another just as it comes from below, with another closet

Met our expectations

Well located, close to Recoleta Cemetery, SoHo area, apartment clean, security available 24/7 friendly and helpful, pool available and clean. Stayed one week, would suggest providing a hair dryer and a coffee pot and perhaps an extra towel for pool. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

We were able to walk to many places, and the rental was spacious. We had some difficulty obtaining a hair dryer and never did get a coffee maker.,The price was. Dry good value.

Secure clean and comfortable loft

We had a great month staying at the loft. The building had 24/7 security who make you feel secure. The staff is friendly and diligent. The owners are responsive and always ready to help. Our daughter had fun in the swimming pool.

Great apartment

We really loved our 3 weeks here. This place was ideal for our family of three. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The housekeeper was so helpful and friendly. It’s just a short walk to the Subte station and grocery store, and there are several restaurants nearby. It’s not in a super touristy area but you definitely have access to everything you need. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were grateful for the building security. Overall an excellent stay.

Terrific home away from home

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and were very pleased with this loft. The area is very safe. The bed is very comfortable. The AC works well when needed. The kitchen is small and basic, but has everything you need for simple meals. The wifi is strong. Laundry is in the building. Stores and restaurants and transit are very close. And the building staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

I want to say thank you very much for being so kind and helping me out since my flights were a little bit on the troublesome side. I was able to stay an extra night and the host accommodated me wonderfully. I want to say this is a great place to stay, if it’s more than two people but big enough for two people because I like the extra space. The area or this apartment is perfect walking distance to everything. The apartment is well furnished, And very clean. Again, thank you so much for all your help and hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation

This place was an amazing place to stay at if you’re looking for an apartment near the Recoleta/Palermo area! Everyone was incredibly nice and made sure my friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. The security which are available 24/7 downstairs, even called us a taxi to take us to the airport. Thank you so much to Sergio, Santiago, Silvina and the entire security crew for being such wonderful people! I would very happily stay there again! Walter

The apartment mostly match a description. The location is probably good for long business stay, less for tourist. The owner/manager and the maintenance staff of the building were sufficiently attentive. There were certain imperfections though. Cleaning lady worked when checking in, though apologized later. Terrible noise from construction works next apartment spoiled two-three days. Complained to the owner, no reaction. The street is noisy.

Comfortable and Clean

This property was comfortable and very clean. It is in the heart of the Recolatta, not too long of a walk from the subway stations, but not all that close to any lively areas. It’s on a typical residential city street in Buenos Aries. That means that it has all the sounds of the city. While it wasn’t quiet, we actually got used to everything very quickly and slept well. There are friendly security guards 24/7 that let you in and out and help with questions (if you speak Spanish) - we felt very safe. There is also a single washer and dryer on the top floor that were nice to use and very helpful. To use them, you buy tokens from the security guards and then sign in and out of a notebook in the laundry area. It seemed a bit complicated at first, but actually worked very well and efficiently.

Great location!

We loved our stay at this apartment while visiting BA! The apartment is spacious with a small kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. The balconies were great with the lower balcony being a perfect spot to have coffee every morning while watching the streets come to life. There is a great park right down the street with coffee shops, a supermarket, and a couple cafes. We always felt safe with a security guard downstairs 24/7 to buzz you in and out of the aprtment building. There is an elevator in the apartment. The rooftop pool is great for a swim along with the small gym being great for cardio. The owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. The only downside was that the street could be quite noisy at night when trying to sleep. The older style windows and doors made it easy to hear outside. That was really the only downside to the apartment. Overall, we had a great time and felt the apartment was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 1 child.

My wife and I are seasoned travellers and are now retired. We have been all over the world and are not complainers as can be shown by our reviews that are easily verifiable on this site. Upon arrival the accommodation looked exactly as it was in the photographs. On the good side it was clean and very bright. 2 smart TVs. We had to buy a few kitchen utensils and a plate that actually fit into the microwave but almost everything else was there, bare essentials but quite workable. There were a few minor problems like lightbulbs that were burned out, a stove top that didn't work, a showerhead that was nonfunctional, no facecloths or bath mat, no iron or hair dryer... to their credit they fixed those problems within days. Now come the noise issues. They don't warn you that it's on a main artery of the city that has buses and trucks that run all night. The windows are lovely old colonial style (which makes the house very rustic & bright) but also prevents almost no noise from being blocked. What you hear while sitting on the balcony is what you hear while sitting inside the living room or bedroom. At 10 PM and 4 AM every single night the garbage trucks come to tip out the giant street bins all up and down the street in front of the building. At all hours you had people partying and coming home late at night yelling at full voice. Horns honking, alarms sounding, stereos blasting, vehicles without mufflers...There are also the resident neighbours living in the apartments above ours

La propiedad está bien ubicada, cerca de un lindo parque, de restaurantes para pasar a comer o llevar. También queda a unas cuadras el subte o el bus, que lo lleva a uno a lugares turísticos de forma muy rápida. De hecho, caminando también se puede llegar en unos 15 a 20 minutos, por ejemplo a Florida, Corrientes, etc. Con respecto al anfitrión, contesta pronto, es amable y accesible en todo momento. El área es segura para caminar de día y de noche. Las instalaciones del Loft son cómodas, limpias y accesibles. La cocina está equipada, hay agua caliente en las duchas todo el tiempo, la seguridad del edificio es buena. El único inconveniente (si es se quiere ver así) es el ruido de los autos que pasan todo el día y buena parte de la noche, pero uno se acostumbra pronto, además, por estar en un área céntrica, suena lógico. Por lo demás, lo pasamos muy bien y lo recomendamos. El precio nos pareció adecuado a lo entregado.
