Duchi is a period apartment (from the 1930s) with its elegant and refined interiors, fully air-conditioned (and heated in winter), located in Via Giuseppe La Farina in the Libertà district, the city's shopping street and considered the most elegant and central of the city. At about 250 meters the Piazza Mordini (also called Piazza Croci) and the Via Libertà. Located on the 1st floor (above the mezzanine level) of the building, the apartment can be reached via 3 flights of stairs (18 steps in total) and is characterized by the so-called carpet floors and high, curved and grouted vaults. With its approximately 160 square meters Duchi awaits you with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a large covered indoor terrace ideal for breakfasts and dinners in total privacy. Wifi television with viewing of all Sky TV programs. You will be greeted with welcome sweets made by my wife Sonia; we will offer you homemade jams (lemons, bitter oranges, etc. etc.), coffees in capsules throughout your stay, 1 bottle of wine (white "Grillo" / red "Nero d'Avola"), 2 bottles of mineral water (the water that comes out of the taps comes directly from the aqueduct of Palermo and is drinkable) and of the pancarré.
