Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo just steps from the water . Family oriented , private gated community . 90 minutes from Myrtle Beach and 60 minutes from Wilmington . High speed internet ( 80 meg ) and standard tv ( antenna ). Washer - dryer ,dishwasher , microwave, coffee maker, sheets , towels, dishes in place . Queen bed in master bedroom , full and twin in 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa . Week end nights at $160 a night and week nights at $100 a night with a 3 night minimum . Stays over 30 days are one half rates. No cleaning service provided . Guests will need to clean condo ( vacuum , sweep, clean bathrooms and kitchen, wash bed sheets , towels , etc. ) before leaving. Weekly rate is $820 . No pets allowed and No Smoking . A $200 cleaning and damage deposit can be charged if condo is not cleaned before leaving .
Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 PM

The condo and property were exactly as described. The condo was clean and comfortable. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well-appointed, including a new set of pots and pans. All cleaning supplies and equipment were provided.

The condo was cute and functional and very well stocked with the necessities!! The previous renters didn’t clean very well but it was worth it for the reduced price the condo owners give to not charge for cleaning as long as you clean before you leave. We definitely left the condo much cleaner than we found it! We would stay here again!

Beautiful condo

I stayed at this beautiful very clean condo with my children for 4 days. The condo has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. It has 2 bedrooms and also a sleeper sofa, a beautiful living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The balcony gives you a great view to see the Lake. It is located directly at the lake. 1 walking minute. The owners were very polite and nice and answered all questions I had very fast. We will definitely book this beautiful place again and can highly recommend it.

Very nice and clean

Went during Christmas so nothing was really open. Not anyone’s fault. Very nice lake and dock! No place to rent paddle boats nor kayaking so we couldn’t enjoy it to the full. Family emergency had us leaving early.

A great home away from home

From the easy check in to the condo itself, checking in was a breeze! We had great communication with the owners who answered every question we had. Thanks Dennis! It has everything you could ask for without having to bring so much “stuff.” They do not have a cleaning service , but there is no reason if everyone cleans before they leave that anyone should have to pay extra for that service. The renters before us left it clean as well did I! All it takes is having respect for someone’s home. As a bonus the owners furnish the supplies to clean with. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners for opening their lake home to us!❤️

Algae filled lake,would have stayed at another place

Each person is supposed to thoroughly clean before checking out. Candy papers under a bed, dirty carpet , dirty blinds. With the price paid we should not have had to clean. That is not a vacation. Also verbos picture is misleading. It shows pic of next door units which are newer. Our abode was much older.

What a gem!!!!

Let me just say I dont come from money and we didnt travel much when I was a kid but mom and dad would always take us to whitelake and the mountains for a couple of days. So to be able to take my mother that suffers from dementia and my father that is her caregiver was a blessing my mom kept hugging me and thanking me for planning the trip even though the steps was a struggle for her she still enjoyed herself and loved how clean the condo was and how it was in a gated neighborhood and everyone was so nice. The condo was so fitting for all our needs and Dennis was very quick to answer any questions. Thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with us you made my heart beat a little special beat from this week making memories with my family before thats all they become!!! THANK YOU!!!

Nice, quiet stay

We only slept here, as we had a large group of family in another house on the other side of the lake where we spent all day. Only downfall was the AC wouldn’t go below 72 degrees due to a setting. I’m currently pregnant & would have liked it to be a little cooler while sleeping. Condo was dated but quiet and nice.
