Wonderful Cotswolds escape
The Bellhouse is a wonderful place. The house is incredible - so much character and so much more spacious than shown on the pictures. We were 5 women escaping for a much needed reconnect and the bell house was just the job.
Joe and Jen were super friendly and always on hand for anything we needed. The grounds are incredible - the gardens themselves but also the woodland in which the property sits.
There were plenty of walks to be done straight off the property and lots to explore in nailsworth and nearby.

Really enjoyed it.
Excellent place to stay for multiple guests and dog in a rural setting. House keepers were only too happy to help with problems. But TV reception in living room was temporarily blocked due to fault.

Beautiful, Beautiful Manor House
The Manor House is a gem! I wouldn't want to own it. The maintenance must be never ending but it was a joy to stay there. The gardens are wonderful. Also, Jen, who cares for the property, is a very special person and I was so happy to meet her. The only critical comment I have is that I did not find the bed to be comfortable. I think perhaps, it needs to be replaced...but maybe it's just me. Ditto, my partner slept downstairs one night and said that bed wasn't comfortable either.

Great weekend
A group of us travelled to the Cotswolds for memories and a nostalgic experience.
The Bell House was excellent…..spacious, clean, incredibly well equipped and comfortable.
All five of us were delighted and would definitely recommend it for a stay in a beautiful part of the country.
A host of restaurants, historic buildings and walks are a short drive away…as is Forest Green Rovers football stadium

A delightful location
Bell House is situated in a delightful location with lovely walks from the front door. We enjoyed lovely weather so made the most of sitting in the court yard. The property was very clean with comfy beds and the added bonus of a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Having three facilities enabled us to enjoy 3 generations of our family all being together.

The Bellhouse
We had an excellent stay at The Bellhouse ,
Our hosts Louise & Deane were amazing too ,
Great vintage house , lots of beautiful Countryside surrounding it too.
A Great escape ……
Fantastic character property! Comfortable warm and cosy, with good furniture and nicely decorated . We found it and very well equipped with some nice addition touches and welcome gift. We had a wonderful stay just for two nights so didn’t venture far but it looks a fabulous area for walks and attractions and nice local towns
We found the quintessential place to stay in the Cotswolds. Great for an extended family trip. Plenty of room for 3 generations to relax and enjoy seeing each other. The hiking trails out the front door were great. Lots of things to do reasonably close by. Had fun exploring the area.
Day trips to Bath, Stonehenge, Bibury, Woodchester Mansion, Berkeley Castle & Tyndale Monument were a few of places we adventured off to

Excellent Property
Excellent Property and garden in a great location. There is only one very minor comment. A few more mugs/cups would have been ideal.
We would be more than happy to return to Bellhouse again.
This property is just as beautiful and spacious and cool as it appears in the pictures. We had such a good time here. So relaxing, close to Great, Hikes, lakes, sheep, scenery of all sorts. We walked into nails, worth a couple of times, and had dinner in Nympsfield at Amalfi and it was wonderful. My husband and I took our for college age daughters and everyone had a great time. This property is fabulous.
