This model has an open floor plan 2 Master bedrooms has King beds in both rooms, 2 baths, plus den with pull out sofa. Completely furnished and equipped with 55" tv in living room, 32" tv in master bedroom, Wi-Fi, fireplace, outdoor patio table with bbq grill, washer & dryer. Amenities include (optional) (4) 18 hole professional golf courses play at owners rate, (2) rec. centers that include (2) fitness centers, (5) pools indoor and outdoors, and a indoor a/c walking track, you must purchase a activity card (optional ) for $200.00 per person good for 1-3 months or $300.00 good for 4-6 months. Max. (2) per house first purchaser must be min. 45 years old . This home is located approximately 45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, and within 20 - 40 minutes from all major sports stadiums. All utilities are paid for including a/c in the summer months.This is a NO PET / NO SMOKING HOME. Minimum 30 day rental no children under 19 years old.

Really great!

Owner went above and beyond in helping my wife and me in an unexpected, trying situation and he made sure that we knew we could contact him if we needed further assistance. We would rent from him again without hesitation. Rent this house from this owner and you will not be disappointed.

Clean and everything you need is there.

Property was clean and provided everything one needs. I like to cook and was able to do so as the kitchen had everything necessary. House came with tv and internet. House was clean and with 2 beds and bath it easily accommodates 2 couples. I highly recommend this home.

Fabulous in The Grand!!!!

I have stayed at several different air b&b’s in several different states. I must tell you all that John (owner of the property) is very accommodating and is the best host I have had the pleasure of doing business with!! Really nice place--friendly hosts

We were here on a trip to take care of/move my parents, and this house is wonderful. The place was very clean when we arrived, and the set-up/decor/supplies were all there. The locale is nice too, as there are lots of walking/running paths. The owners were quite accommodating and friendly.

We love meeting people from all over the country and Canada have made many friends. As hosts we want our guest to have a great experience, and enjoy their stay headache free! We strive to have a 5 star rating!

Why they chose this property

This home is newly painted with all new bedding, TV's, sleeps 5 all utilities are paid all year long not just the winter months. It's close to everything airport, mountains, lake, pro sports stadiums, spring training ball parks. Restaurants, hospitals just outside the complex. The property has a large table on the patio that seats 6 with a bbq grill. Also A fireplace for those chilly nights. Just bring your clothes everything else is supplied even 2 bikes his and hers to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

You can purchase a renters card for $200.00 each max (2) per household for access up to 90 days or end of lease whatever comes first to all activities, including golf at owners rates, pools, gym, tennis, pickle ball, billiards, crafts, and much more. One person must be 45 to purchase a card and there's (2) max. per household.
