Apartment with lots of light. With excellent Southeast orientation. The sunsets are amazing. You could enjoy very pleasant evenings at any time of the year because the enclosure of the terrace opens and closes completely. Located on the first floor, with easy access to the common areas of the urbanization, which has a large pool. Ideal for families.
Very quiet 5 minutes from the mountain and 10 minutes from the beach.
Nearby we can find any service.
Recently renovated and with all kinds of amenities. Towels, sheets, linens are available. Its 75 square meters are divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen, small gallery, dining area, terrace-living room with large windows. All decorated to create different environments, to enjoy moments of reading, rest, work, social networks, etc ...

As this was the second time we stayed at the flat, we immediately felt at home again and were made very welcome by Francisco. He does everything to make you feel at ease and helps you where he can. The flat is very cosy, and has everything it needs. We also enjoy the nice view and the sunsets from the terrace. We will be back !!

Francisco is a very friendly and helpful host. The few times we contacted him, he answered our questions immediately. The flat itself is spacious, very clean and has all the things you need (and a little bit more) for a perfect holiday. The pool area and gardens of the complex are beautiful ... too bad they're closed from the end of September ! Thanks Francisco !!

Close to perfection

Paco provides everything for his guests and more. The range of “welcome” goodies goes beyond toilet rolls and bin bags, but includes drinks, beer, wine, iberian ham, etc etc. The flat is cute, spacious, and has extras like a cubby hole to park our bikes, and a roof terrace that is perfect for drying washing. We liked Lagomar, a really classic urbnicacion. This is not a 5 star resort, more like 3 star, but comfortable and great location with views. Paco does everything imaginable, and answers requests at 22:00 or later.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l appartement de Francisco. Les lieux étaient très propres et il ne manquait rien. Nous étions comme chez nous. Un regret pour la piscine qui est restée fermée, heureusement il y a la mer. L'accueil de Francisco est vraiment à la hauteur et ses attentions nous ont marquées. La région est magnifique. Gracias Paco por ofrecer tu alojamiento como lo ofreces. Limpio, lleno de confort, equipamiento de calidad, aire acondicionado, amenities, sáanas, toallas, toallas de playa, tumbonas. Resumiendo, lleva sólo tu equipaje, el resto lo encuentras alli. Al llegar tras un viaje de unas 7 horas lo que encuentras en un apartamento limpio, y te espera Paco con el aire puesto para que llegues y estés fresquito. Y por si tienes sed, yo personalmente lo que más agradecí fué encontrar un par de cervezas bien frías, que si bien no bebes alcohol, también encontrarás agua y refrescos. Ha sido un placer Paco. Gracias.

Great apartment, clean, all facilities, great host.

Great location, 10 mins into town and beach. Quiet residential area. Probably need a car if you are old or disabled as the property is up a fairly steep hill. Francisco (the owner) is a very nice helpful man and will always be willing to help. The apartment is lovely with views over the mountains.

La estancia es fenomenal

El alojamiento dispone de excelentes servicios, cómo si de tu propia casa se tratará. Todo el mobiliario está nuevo y las estancias muy limpias y cuidadas con el más mínimo detalle. El propietario muy amable y el trato con él es muy agradable. Alojarse en este apartamento lo recomendaría a todo el mundo.
