A dog friendly break

A cozy little cottage - very stylishly decorated. Compact, but this adds to its charm. Ideal for one or two people and a pooch . - beautiful dog friendly beaches nearby . Bude only a short drive away with pretty walk along the canal , all eateries here allow dogs . The London Inn pub in the village (Kilkhampton ) is very convenient and gave us and dog a warm welcome. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage for a really enjoyable break - its location is ideal for visiting a number of attractions

Well equipped and comfortable rooms in quiet location, including full oven. Communication with host was great. There was a laundry available for use which is handy if you’re travelling around for extended periods. It did get a bit chilly and we couldn’t turn on the heaters.

Trip to Bude, Cornwall

The stay was very enjoyable and Bude was very pretty and near to property. Trying to get in touch with the owner before the trip was troublesome because of Vrbo and their pass words which never seem to work. That was the worst part of booking this trip.

Quiet relaxing rural location

Close to Bude, with it's beautiful beaches, great shops and restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Byre. Our dog was welcome and we enjoyed taking him for beach walks and to Tamar lakes. The property is small, warm and comfortable.

Small but perfectly formed

First impressions were good and in spite of it being small it was ideal as a base for our daily travels. Comfy settee and good tv. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bathroom, shower and toilet very clean and bedroom well laid out with plenty of storage space. Ample parking space and nice area for outside relaxation. Not big but very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place to stay

I stayed here with my young son recently for an extended stay. It’s a great little place to stay. The owner kindly supplied a cot and baby items so I didn’t have to travel with too many extra baby items. Facilities are great, as is location. Owner is readily available if you need any help or have any questions. I would highly recommend.
