Amazing modern design apartment in the historic city center, for 6 people!

Our apartment is located 3 minutes from the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Piazza Walther of Bolzano and Piazza Municipio, where in the Christmas period you are 5 minutes from the Christmas Market, close to the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) is ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city!

Beautiful area with all the comforts at your disposal!

All rooms are newly furnished !

The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station.

The apartment is perfect for 2-6 people and is located on the 2nd floor (without access to the elevator). It is one of the biggest apartments we have with an area of 80 sqm consisting of large fully furnished kitchen, table and chairs, cutlery and pots, coffee machine, moka, kettle, microwave, large fridge etc., bedroom with double bed, large living room with 2 sofa beds (each for 2 people), LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and also 2 balconies! This apartment also has a FREE PARKING SPACE in the courtyard!

Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and bed linen are included. On request we provide a cot/crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning NOT included!

Hervorragende Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und es gibt einen wirklich ordentlichen Parkplatz im Innenhof! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die beiden Balkone sind recht klein. Da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit auswärts essen waren, war das aber kein Problem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
