Holiday Apartment ‘Erbacher – Gabi’s Suite’ with Mountain View, Sauna and Pool

The holiday apartment Gabis Edel-Suite is located in the vineyards of Bolzano and offers a quiet setting combined with convenient access to the historic city center.

The 69 m² accommodation can host up to 4 guests and consists of a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a private sauna, and direct access to the lawn with the pool.

Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office use, a TV, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. The apartment also features a private Finnish sauna. A washing machine can be used on request.

The property offers a large private terrace with direct access to the garden and the heated saltwater outdoor pool, which is open daily from early May to the end of September between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. A sunbathing lawn and an outdoor shower are also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, as well as cooking utensils and tableware.

Guests have access to a shared fitness room, a lounge area, and storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles. Two e-bikes are available for use.

A bakery, a supermarket, and a bus stop with connections to the city center are within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. A complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station is provided.

Breakfast can be booked on request for an additional fee (€25 per person per night). A bread roll service, farm tours (on request), and the Bolzano Guest Card are included. Sauna and pool towels are provided. Farm-produced items such as apple juice and jams are also available.

Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Security cameras are installed in the outdoor areas of the property.
