Nice apartment in the old town of Bolzano near the railstation

Our apartment is located in the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Walther Square, where in the Christmas period takes place the Christmas Market! It is very close to the Museum Street (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) and Via Portici with all the stores! It\'s ideal for those who want to discover the historic center by foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city (Historical Museum, Archaeological Museum, Mercantile Museum (of Trade), \"Museion\" Museum of Modern Art, Civic Museum)!

It is situated in a beautiful area with all the comforts/facilities at your disposal!

This apartment is new! It is only 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. On the Bottai street you will find many restaurants, bars, stores, local restaurants and even a cinema (Cinema \"Capitol\") !

The apartment has 21 sqmand it is perfect for 2 persons ! It is located on the second floor (with elevator). The apartment is a studio with kitchenette and a double bed. The kitchenette is fully furnished: table and chairs, cutlery and pots, coffee maker, LCD TV with satellite, WIFI. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet /bidet. The towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and the sheets are included in the price. Final cleaning NOT included in the price !

Wonderful Anniversary Stay

My husband and I visited from the US for our anniversary, and this place was just what we were looking for! It's a cozy apartment in a perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transit. The check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend!
