Kitchen/dining room - The dining table seats 16 with bench seating and is a great place to enjoy a meal together. Feature mermaid wallpaper and art. The kitchen is fresh and contemporary with brink tiling.
First Floor
The Seashells Room - Sleeps 2 with a double bed.
The Mermaids Salon - Spacious living room with feature mermaid art, waves wallpaper and golden accents. There is a corner sofa bed to sleep 2 guests and a comfortable chair bed to sleep 1 guest. An elegant room with bags of character and of course the sea view! Sleeps 3.
Second Floor
The Aquamarine Room - Sleeps 3, with a King size bed plus single trundle bed with full size single mattress. Feature mermaid wallpaper, huge full length mirror, dressing table seating 4 people.

There are several steps leading to the front door. The property is arranged over 5 floors.
Parking Information
There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am.
Please note there is a £50 supplement per pet.
Neighbours & Noise
Please note this is a strictly no smoking property due to noise complaints from neighbours. You are welcome to vape inside but no smoking outside on the terrace or front of the property.
Do enjoy yourselves but please respect the residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and especially after 10.00pm. After this time please make sure all the windows are closed.
We respectfully advise that should we receive complaints concerning your behaviour and specifically noise especially outside, we reserve the right to permanently withhold all of your security/damage deposit. We employ a local security company who will be called if neighbours complain about noise. There will also be a charge for any call outs.
