Brought by MyHolidayLet Brighton this is a very centrally located pretty regency cottage. It sleeps a maximum of ten and has 5 single beds in two bedrooms (which can also be zipped to create two double beds and a single bed), and an adult bunk bed in the third bedroom. Three additional guests can sleep on the two large sofa beds.
If you wish to be literally a stones throw from all Brighton's main attractions then this is the property for you. It is a five minute walk to the main attractions .e.g hundreds of restaurants and bars, beach, i360, Pavilion, Brighton Centre, Brighton Pavilion. A large Waitrose is located no more than three minutes away and the train station is within a comfortable walking distance away.

The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the shops and the beach. Catherine was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process, helped us arrange parking and sorted out a small issue with the shower within a few hours of reporting it during our stay! Would definitely recommend a stay here :)

I grew up in Brighton and love the City. This property and all the others which I rent have been bought as they are in excellent central locations and represent the best locations and property styles of their size that Brighton has to offer.
Holiday rentals are my business and because of this you will not experience the cancellation problems many people encounter when renting from people doing it as a sideline who subsequently are asked by the freeholders or their mortgage company to close it. I have all the necessary permissions to run this as a commercial property.
Why they chose this property
I bought this house due to its fantastic central location and its very typical Brighton regency charm. Its is very central but yet also very quiet. Everything is on your doorstep and yet when you close the door you have a relaxing, open plan living space. The city centres best restaurants, shops and tourist attractions are on your doorstep. The train centre and conference centre plus the most popular wedding venues are also within a short walk away.
In the Summer the patio doors can be opened to let the pretty cottage scented garden into the house.

The property has 38 MPS Ultra fibre broadband wifi suitable for multiple device streaming and all internet requirements. The property is as central as you will be able to find a house. Everything is on your doorstep.
