About this property

Casa Estela, quiet house with beautiful views

Located in a very quiet area, the farm is 4,000 meters long, is walled in the traditional style and has outdoor gardens. The access and the house in its entirety is for private use. The large dimensions of its spaces and its wonderful views of the island of Lobos, Lanzarote, the town of Lajares and the Volcán de La Arena are surprising.
Its architecture is traditional Canarian style and the interior is modern in design. It is recently renovated with excellent quality materials and is distributed in several spaces.
One by day, consisting of a dining room, a living room and a large integrated kitchen. Another at night, comprised of two rooms with an internal bathroom.
And both, separated by an interior patio with a private saltwater pool and a very comfortable glass gallery protected from the wind, from where you can access all the rooms.
It also has air conditioning and heating on request

Une superbe maison !!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Une superbe restauration avec des matériaux de qualité et beaucoup de gout. Les équipements sont complets et très qualitatifs. L'environnement et la vue sont au top. Et si vraiment il y a un petit soucis, Montse est toujours présent (nous avons affronté une fin d'ouragan / tempête) en toute sérenité ;) ). Mention spéciale je crois que c'est la villa la plus propre que nous ayons jamais louée. Pour résumé, une superbe villa bien équipée, avec un propriétaire au petit soin et un cadre magnifique !

Wunderbarer Blick

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles wie beschrieben. Ausgestattet für 2 Personen und durch den innenliegenden Pool windgeschützt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt wie meistens auf FUE nur nicht nutzbar, aber man hat alles im/am Haus. Deutsches TV habe ich nicht gefunden, aber das lag bestimmt an meiner "Fähigkeit". (aber das war ohne TV inhaltlich auch besser so ;-) W-Lan in allen Räumen bestens. Die Küche und das Bad sind toll. Zu beachten ist im Haus sind einige Stufen, da die Räume auf verschiedenen Ebenen liegen. Sieht toll aus nur für Kinder die hier eh kein Platz hätten schwierig und auch für z.B. ältere Personen. Wer dort hinfährt hat in der Nähe ein paar freundliche Katzen, die auch von Tierfreunden extern sporatisch versorgt werden. Hier passiert auf der Insel mittlerweile viel Gutes und ein unkontrolliertes Vermehren wird auch verhindert. Daher bitte die Vierbeiner gut behandeln. Vielen lieben Dank an Monste für die tolle Gastlichkeit. Ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber.
