Cozy white & blue house, ready newly to rent, in one floor.
The house has a warm welcoming decoration inside and a beautiful outdoor area and garden, around it, perfect to enjoy relaxing, sunbathing in privacy, or reading with sea & mountain fantastic views.
All rooms with daylight and wifi.

Enjoy sleeping in 2 spacious bedrooms with all you need. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the welcome nice area where chimney and work desk are.

The large living room is decorated with nice pictures and comfortable furniture, and includes TV satellite and Netflix through Apple TV
It is connected with a complete kitchen. in where you will find all main new glassware. cutlery crockery, pots, pans, etc and a fridge, oven, microwaves, radio, smoke extractor and many other amenities

The bathroom is complete offering Aloe Vera local products and hairdryer. Towels service

You will have a welcome service of coffee & tea available, and 5 liters tank of bottled water

Last but not least, it is offered beach stuff like towels, beach tennis paddles, a fridge, 2 paddle surf boards, etc.

in La Pared, close to famous beach El Viejo Rey and its amazing sunset, in walking distance, 5 minutes.
Calm area with only one hotel. one restaurant and a bar in the village. In 5 kms by car, you cross the island to east and get Sotavento golden and turquoise water beaches and any service you require.

La Pared is a unique spot between the ocean and incredible shapes of old volcanoes and mountains of the oldest Canary Island. This place has a special light and energy to relax and create.
Rent a car is easy and cheap in Fuerteventura. You will need it to explore all places to be along the island. Based in La Pared you can book walking tours of different levels, even extreme, surf, windsurf or kite surf lessons, have a experience with locals in close farms, yoga and meditation, horse or buggies rides, visiting the impressive inland or just swimming almost alone on probably the best beaches in Europe

Schönes Haus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der Kamin für kühlere Abende ist genial, WLAN war für uns i.O., wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort genau richtig, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

C'est notre second séjour à la Pared. Nous aimons notre indépendance et l'emplacement de cette maison nous convient en tout point. Tranquillité assurée. Les équipements sont très complets. Pas de problème de parking. Malgré son caractère désertique, Fuerteventura n'en demeure pas moins attachante car tout est fait pour que le visiteur s'y sente bien ... Bref nous y retournerons probablement. .
