Fantastic stay, would look to come again

Location, cleanliness, excellent value for money, private, any issues/questions resolved very quickly by Eos or Stavvas. Well maintained and well equipped, had almost everything you need for self catering. Sun all day long around the pool, 1 min walk from the beach, Polis (10min drive) has supermarkets, butchers, bakers etc. Pool towels provided, as well as basics like sugar/tea/toilet roll.

A very lovely and well equipped villa. The location is perfect for the beach, the play park and local restaraunts. It is a short drive to Polis for the supermarkets. The pool is very private and it was excellent for the children. The inflatables made it even more fun. We met the host who was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay

Perfect location

The location is fantastic so close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Very quiet area and lovely villa. Would highly recommend. All amenities cooking and cleaning..Really sunny all day around the pool area and plenty of seating etc.. not overlooked all in all pretty perfect.

Lovely air conditioned villa with a large pool within a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. 3 large en-suite bedrooms one on the ground floor, ideal for someone with limited mobility, and two on the first floor each with a balcony. Well equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room.

Wonderful Holiday!

Had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus and that was partly thanks to the villa that we stayed in. The Villa had everything that we needed and was in a lovely, quiet location but with some shops and restaurants within walking distance. The private swimming pool was also of a good size. I would recommend this villa

Perfect villa in an amazing area

The villa is ideally located about 100m from the beach. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I have 2 villa holidays a year and have never rebooked the same villa. Half way through this holiday we rebooked this villa again for next year. The pool is amazing and is very secluded and private. The ceiling fans alongside the aircon are very welcome as relief from the temperatures

Lovely stay in Tsikkos villas

The Villa was perfect for the 6 of us with plenty of room. We had a few issues but the owner was fantastic and resolved these within the hour. The pool was so warm and a lovely size for us all. The house was very hot but this may be due to very high temperatures. We did struggle to keep food fresh in the fridge which had to work very hard (again due to high temperatures). Lovely tavernas within an easy walk and the bakery up the road was lovely too. We had a great family holiday.

Great villa near to Latchi

Very smooth and easy booking process. The villa suited our needs perfectly for our stay in Cyprus, with a couple of nice restaurants within short walking distance, and Latchi a short 15 min drive away. There are some signs of wear and tear at the villa, but we found this acceptable for the price we paid and it didn't distract from our enjoyment of the property. There are an inordinate number of light switches in the main living area, so figuring out which switch does what takes some time! :) Enjoying a drink on the upper balcony with friends at sunset was a regular feature we enjoyed very much, and is a beautiful spot to unwind. We would certainly book again.
