Villa Alma - spectacular views on bay of Siracusa, 3 bedrooms, all ensuite

Villa Alma is a newly renovated villa with 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and two large terraces with spectacular sea views to Ortigia and Etna. The large garden is minutes away from a seafront bar / cafe and restaurant.

On the ground floor, the villa has 2 bedrooms, each facing opposite ends of an interior courtyard, and a large living area with kitchen and dining table.

On the first floor, the bedroom has an adjoining suite with sofabed, and there are two large terraces with panoramic views across the Bay of Siracusa. The second terrace has an outdoor kitchen and is ideal for entertaining.

Villa Alma is ideal for families or groups of friends, and sleeps 6 comfortably. On the ground floor, the second bedroom also has a third bed (suitable for a child), and a cot can be provided in the other bedroom upon request.

Each of the bedrooms has airconditioning.

The villa is situated in Isola, ideally located between Ortigia, the old town of Siracusa, and the beautiful coastline and beaches of Plemmirio, Arenella and Fontane Bianche to the south. Within 15 minutes by car you can be in Ortigia or on the beach at Fontane Bianche.

You can enjoy a Sicilian breakfast of granite and brioche at the fantastic Cafe Marisia, just across the road from the villa. Two minutes walk in the other direction there's La Greca, a local shop and deli selling all the essentials, and a chemist Parafarmacia Isola has recently opened just a few steps from the villa. Along the coastline all within walking distance are a number of excellent seafood restaurants.
