The Villino Rinaldi is a welcoming house in the center of Rome: between Trastevere and the Vatican (in the old Monteverde district).
The apartment is located on the second floor of a villa from the 1920s and is ideal for 4 or 5 people (with the possibility of adding a Chicco camping cot for the little ones), it has 2 large and bright bedrooms (one double, one twin / triple), both with air conditioning and TV, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to the terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
The house is equipped with wi-fi internet connection.
You will find your holiday home clean and sanitized, we will provide you with information material to move freely and not miss the beauties that our city offers.
We organize on request transfers from / to airports or stations, and guided tours with qualified guides.

Exceeded our high expectations

The rooms were gorgeous, complete with sunny kitchen, outside deck, and elegant, warm charm throughout. The hostess was friendly and went above and beyond (helping us get a super early taxi, sharing photos of our passports when we forgot to take them so that we could get into the forum).

Comfortable, charming space

Wonderful home right outside the heart of Rome

The owner couldn’t have done better. She even included a personalized map of the area with her home, market and restaurants. It was easy to get into the tourist areas of the city. The terrace was wonderful for evening dinners or hang out time. The air conditioning worked great after 90 degree days in Rome.

Roman Italian Charm

Adorable apartment that suited our family's active schedule. We loved the outdoor terrace and enjoyed our morning coffee and juice there. The location was ideal with easy tram access into Rome and the Vatican City and we also found the short walk to the market convenient to pick up groceries or vino. After a day of sight-seeing in the scorching July heat, it was wonderful to come to a cool, air-conditioned apartment. The owners were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment for those wishing to experience quiet evenings and that prefer a residential surrounding.

Comfortable and quiet

The apartment was located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen/dining area worked very well. (There is also a balcony table which was very pleasant.) Cecilia lives in the building and was very helpful getting us settled; it was comforting to know that we could easily contact her, but everything worked smoothly, so there was no need. She provided a list of local restaurants-we tried two of them and they were terrific. We were able to walk to the Vatican for tours there; it was a longer walk to the Pantheon and Coliseum (about 1 hour each way) but very doable for us, so we found the location very nice-we could go do touristy things and come back and be away from tourist crowds for the evening. We would definitely try to book this again when we return to Rome.

A Sweet Apartment

Apartment with Terrace caught my attention due to the simple, clean design. When we finally arrived, it met our expectations. It was clean with a relaxed style, and very pleasing colors. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were a great relief. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was a nice added bonus. The location is a bit out of the way and neighborhood dogs would get into a lengthy barking contest. Otherwise, it was quiet when the dogs calmed down with mostly bird activities in the early morning hours. Coffee shops were at least a block away and grocery stores 2-3 blocks away. It was very easy communicating with Cecilia and she met all the requests we had. She even printed out a cute map of the area to help us acquaint ourselves. I recommend this apartment. The space is ideal for a couple or at most, a couple with young kids. We found it a bit tight for 4 adults. The kitchen seemed equipped, but we didn't really use it as our stay was short. We didn't walk to points of interest because of the heat and our limited time in Rome. I'm sure given a different situation, we would've enjoyed walking around the neighborhood more. It was nice meeting you, Cecilia!

un petit investisssement qui rendrait la location parfaite

Appartement très propre dans quartier calme ,avec de belles chambres .Proprietaire agréable .Petit bémol il manque quelques ustensibles de cuisine pour nous simplifier la vie.Petite machine à café italienne pour une personne! nous étions 4 donc impossible de déjeuner ensemble ,une casserole ,un four mais pas de plat au four ,pas de bol ,un peu d huile et de vinaigre cela ne coute pas enormément cher ....juste un petit investissement qui rendrait cette location parfaite .

Clear recommendation!

The flat looks exactly as shown in the pictures. It's spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The neigborhood is nice and quiet, with a supermarket "around the corner", several restaurants etc. It takes about 30 minutes by bus or tram to get to ancient places or other attractions (of course, depending on where exactly you want to go). We didn't meet Cecilia personally, but communication with her in order to prepare our stay was fast and friendly. The same also applies to the check-in. Nice place to stay in Rome.

Un oasis au coeur de Rome!

L'appartement est très propre. Les 2 chambres sont grandes et offrent du rangement. Les lits sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne bien, l'eau chaude est au rendez-vous dans la douche, mais par-dessus tout, la petite terrasse au 2ième nous a permis de profiter des belles soirées de Rome, sans le bruit des grandes rues pleines de scooters, d'autos et de touristes :-) ! Vraiment très reposant. L'épicerie est à quelques coins de rue, le tram 3 et le tram 8 aussi. Les propriétaires habitent en-dessous et sont charmants. Nous avons pris le transfert vers l'aéroport offert par Cecilia et ne l'avons pas regretté.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und insbesondere die Terrasse genossen.

Die Vermieterin hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sauber, ruhig gelegen und hat trotzdem ein gute Verkehrsanbindung an das Zug- und Straßenbahnnetz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Situation de l'appartement privilégiée et accuei ltrès sympathique

L'appartement sur la colline du Janicule nous a permis de souffler à l'écart de l’effervescence du centre de Rome, dans un quartier résidentiel, agréable, à 25' en bus (à 50 m de l'appartement). Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Les deux chambres sont vastes, bien équipées, le lieu de convivialité (la cuisine) un peu petit, mais la terrasse privative très bien. Cécilia et Alessandro, qui habitent au rez-de-chaussé, sont parfaitement bilingues et prêts à répondre à nos demandes. Bon lieu de séjour pour visiter Rome, dans de bonnes conditions.

Un séjour inoubliable ....

Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine extraordinaire, tout était réuni. La location était très bien située, dans un quartier calme avec tout à portée (supérette, pizzeria, pâtisserie, marché, bus...). Cécilia est une personne adorable et toujours à l'écoute de ses Hôtes. Elle a su nous conseiller et nous programmer une visite du Colisée, du palatin et du forum dont nous nous souviendrons tous, petits et grands. Rome est vraiment une ville magnifique qui mérite le voyage et dans laquelle nous retournerons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup Cécilia et si nous avons la chance de revenir un jour, je n'hésiterai pas à vous recontacter ...
