Spacious apartment in a small condominium, by the lake, with private garden, private beach and parking. Quiet, in the evening you can fall asleep to the sound of the faint surf of the lake.
Two-storey apartment, two rooms, which were service rooms of the ancient mill, have a reduced height (h 1.85).
On the first floor an entrance with a spiral staircase to access the upper floor, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and bathroom.
Upstairs two bedrooms. All rooms are with lake view, the garden and the beach are shared with the other condominiums.
The apartment is 1.5 km from Cannobio, a pleasant town with many tourist services.

Sehr schön, etwas abgelegen

Eine sehr nette Wohnung mit sehr schönem Strand! Die Vermiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben bedauert, dass man wegen der engen Straße nicht zu Fuß nach Cannobio laufen kann.
